Reverse look up shows regional med ctr of memphis tn. Not true. HAS TO BE A SCAM!!. I work for a hospital and we dont do this. I left a message for the actual hospital business office/financial services dept. regarding these people using their name.

They are constantly harassing us about payment within days of seeing a doctor at their Boone, NC location, Watauga Medical Center.

I've started logging their calls so I can report them for harassment.

Watauga Medical Center farms out the collection of their accounts to this jack-leg company of unknown name. I spoke to a supervisor named Jamie and she told me it was a courtesy call to make sure the bill was received and if there are any questions. Bull crap! By calling, it throws the bill up in my face to imply I need to pay the bill right now, not tomorrow, not next week, but NOW DAMNIT! Like mentioned above, it is harassment. Jamie had the nerve to tell me she couldn't believe other businesses I have accounts with don't make courtesy calls. I asked her if her power company calls her each month? Her phone company? Her cable/staellite provider? Her cell phone company? Her personal doctor? Her answer was NO! Seems like she is riding both sides of the fence. I wonder how these practices would hold up to the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act? How about the NC Department of Insurance (they govern collection agencies doing business in North Carolina)? I'll bet there would be some frowning by these governmental agencies! I cannot even get the name of the actual company while talking to them!

Received a call from 866-349-9277 on 5/4/11 at 2:20pm,a recording said "Please hold .my call was very important to them and someone would be with me shortly."I hung up since I did not make the call in the first place and no one id' the call. I will block their calls to keep them from annoying me.

These poodunks keep calling me to collect a payment to Newton Medical Center 2 days after Newton Medical Center receives my payment. I just finished cussing them out and now am waiting for a callback from Newton Medical Center's CEO to complain about the redneck Yahoo idiots and hopefully get them fired!!!!
