I receive daily calls from this number and, in fact, they called while I was searching them online.  I stopped answering such calls last year after a bad experience, so I don't know who this is.  If it was legitimate, they would leave a message.  I am on the Do Not Call list.

This number is calling 'a lot' lately. Even 3 times on a Sat. and it's only 3pm. They never leave a message. I have been on the Do Not Call List at my current home phone for over a year. I hope the give up soon.

Yeah I've been recently getting calls from them too.
Who exactly is this?

I called my local phone company and was told that they can not block calls from 866 area codes. But did give me the number for FCC which is:

I receive four or five calls a day from this number.  Every time, they say "hello?" on my answering machine, and then hang up!  If they at least left me a message, I'd know who they are.  I hate to do it, but I'll have to answer one of these calls eventually.

Getting several calls a day from 866-352-7716.  Do not pick up "unknown caller" calls--they can leave a message, but never do.

Called everyday for the last few weeks.  If this is a collection agency for Capital One, I don't know why they are calling.  We have no delinquent accounts.

I am in the middle of filing bankruptcy. I told Capital one that and now their collections department is calling me every day! Isn't that illegal???

not sure who this is or what they want. they call all day long.they never leave messages and we have asked them to quit calling. they are still calling.

I am getting several calls daily from 1 866-352-7766 when I answer the call they just hang up i would the calls to stop. I have not idea why they are call since I have no balance on my Capital ne card.

This caller is not affiliated with Capitalone. I received several calls from this number and they hung up. I called them back! A man answered and said he was given my number from CapitalOne and even had the last four digits of my account #. He made attempts to get more info from me including my last four digits of my SSN. I declined and demanded they tell me what the harassing calls were regarding. The man claimed that CapitalOne had them call me because my account was delinquent. My account is not delinquent. I asked again who I was speaking with and the man quickly hung up. I called CapitalOne to verify my account status and inquire whether they had called me or hired another to call me. They said it sounded likely to be a scam. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THIS CALLER. IT IS A FRAUD!

Watch out - this is a fraud - they call many times and never leave a message. When you call them they say they are a collection agency for Capital One. Then they proceed to ask you the last four of your social security # and your birthdate. I called Capital One and they said they have never heard of GC Services. This is a trap - fraud - fraud - fraud.

1-800-727-5848 -- I received a bill from GC Services, P.O. Box 7820, Baldwin Park, CA 91706, in which they claimed that I owe $$$$$ from a so-called traffic violation way, way back in the 1990s. Then they started harrassment calls using 1-800-727-5848 under the guise of "Superior Court". A simple GOOGLE Search on "GC Services" and "1-800-727-5848" reveals that this company and the people that work for them are LIARS and have a track record of FRAUD. There needs to be a thorough legal investigation of this "GC Services" and "1-800-727-5848" by the appropriate authorities as this type of activity cannot continue by this fraudulent entity.
