Some kind of internet lending company, reporting that somebody borrowed money over the internet with my home phone number. Losers. I just got my phone number in the beginning of June, and this is the first call that I received. Hopefully no other company will be calling me for any bills.

I receive calls from this number almost every day, usually on the tails of another phone call. They never left a message until recently, saying they were from a company called FMG. They don't say what it is about other than something to do with "my account."  This would be completely bogus as I have never heard of this company and have no account with them.

SMG-not FMG :) Shamrock Marketing Group. They are a payday loan company, who are scammers. They offer you this sweet loan, then expect WAY more than you actually borrow. And they continue to harass you day and night, will even threaten to file a judgment against you-(which is usually not the case in most states). Just ignore them!

Left a message that they had information about my Social Security number. They made a point to say that they were not trying to collect money. Bull crap..They keep calling my job 10 times a day.

SMG tricked me.  I was on the internet looking for a personal loan from a reputable bank. These people call my job and harrass me constantly.  The best way to handle these groups is to collectively file formal complaints to the comptroller of your state.

I keep getting calls from SMG.  I did obtain a small payday loan with them and I have added them as a creditor on a debt payment plan.  These people(putting it mildly)have constantly called my job after I have told them to stop calling.  They have called my co-worker last month and astated that I have a debt with them.  they called my supervisor and left her a voice mail message they they were going to garnish my wages. Gave her a phone# and case# to give to me.  I have also told the debt consolidation company about the previous phone calls and they contacted them.  I called the Federal Trade Commission and filed a complaint. The calls stopped at home and at work for a while but has now started back.  I have going to send a cease and desist letter by certified mail and also file another complaint.  If I have to I will sue them because debtors have rights to.

This company keeps on calling me at work and constantly harassing me and this is not ok

I received a small payday loan from this company approx 2 years ago. I received a call 2 days ago that it was being sent to my county for a judgement, the man by the name of Daniel Petty was extremely rude and cocky.  I have never received anything in the mail from this company or a phone call leaving me an actual message.  I found my old paperwork and the acct number he gave me as reference is completely different than the one on my original documents..  I am contacting my attorney friend on this and I am filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

We received a payday loan from CMG and somehow Shamrock offered us a loan as well, that we declined. My account number for CMG is the same for Shamrock(whom I have no loan with) and I just received a harassing phone call from some piss poor representative from Shamrock yelling in my ear over a fax that I sent to CMG. They say that they are two different companies but how did Shamrock get the fax that CMG recieved from me? This is a scam and I am closing my bank account today. I hate people who grow nuts over the telephone but are quiet as kept in person. That chic better be happy I am not in Kansas.....My husband called Shamrock Marketing Group, LLC back and they hung up in his face and all he wanted to know was how did they get his information. SHAMROCK MARKETING GROUP, LLC IS A SCAM...PHONY COMPANY...VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I to have been getting repeated phone calls from this company. I work in a public place so I can't always answer my cell phone. Some how they got my home phone number and have started calling there also. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and hopefully something will be done about this. I see it this way.......they show me no respect, so I will give no respect.  They are harassing me by cell phone, email, home and work phones. I am to the point that I'm going to start beig just as rude to them as they are to me. I keep track as to how many times they call and everything. So when I sue them I will have good records.

Yikes I'm glad that I read this! They sent me an email that had my E signature already on it which is extremely strange because I didn't sign them!!!! Now I know not to go through with the loan! Thank YOU!

These knuckle heads started calling me a few days ago. They cal 10 times a day. I have never done business with them. I wish I could find them all and call them at them over and over and over.

I continue to get harassing emails from these people also i did get a loan from them and has since paid them back now they say i owe 400+ dollars which i cannot pay because i do not have a job, that is because of a disability. I would like to know how i can get them to stop harassing me also.

A voice mail message from Tom Gibson was left on my work phone saying that I was going to be served papers at work. This person calls me at work over and over again, he gives tells anyone that happens to answer the phone that I owe his company money and that I am refusing to pay. He tells them that I am being served with papers for this. I don't own this company any money, I don't know what to do now that I have been embarrassed at work.

I don't have a loan with any of these guys, but I have been doing some research.  It looks as though, Shamrock Marketing, LLC, Global Group Holdings, LLC and CMG Group LLC are the same company.  They do have different phone and fax numbers, but their invoices and email letters for collections is identical.  Their annual interest rate is 782.14%, The only address I have come up with is "The Customer Contact Center" at 1489 W. Warm Springs Rd. Suite Number 110, Henderson, NV  89014.  This has to be a call center collecitng monies.  If you are not involved with one of these companies, PLEASE don't get involved.  Remember, monie that comes too easy is a sign that something is wrong.

SMG are scammers! I did get a loan from them however they do call ALL the time. I explained to them Michelle is her name at extension 0108. That I fell ill with an incurable disease and did not intentially default on the payment. Which was 200.00 now saying I owe over 1000.00
! And am willing to work out payments for only the 200.00 with but they want to call at my place of employment and say that they are with the SMG Attorney office is a load of crap! I try to return the call and can never get through! So they turn around and say I am ignoring them! If they cannot pick up the calls then they should have emails! They are a scam just like ALL loans. They do make it sounds like oh we understand times are hard and we can help! Bull! I am so upset as I am sick and a single mom of twins boys. Feeding my kids are more important so they can wait! Stop calling and harrasing! SMG you are not an attorney office so quit telling lies! Oh and the filing claims comment Bull! the cost it would take to get a REAL attorney to take on a low loan claim is slim to none. I checked with a REAL attorney!
