Whoever owns this number is a repo company used by Wachovia bank. They will call with a job offer if you're out of work and behind on car payments. They convince you of a job similar to one you may have worked at in the past. The person I spoke to said her name was Abigail (Abby for short) and she was so nice and friendly. They don't even care if you've just gotten another new job and you're in the process of making arrangements to make new payments. She tells you the hours are flexible so you can work both jobs if you want. After she gets your location by telling you they have to overnight some documents to be signed, a tow truck shows up and takes your car. They also use ligitimate company names to trick you just incase you look the company up online. After the truck shows up the number immediately has a recording saying the number is not in service, but it's a homemade recording of a disconnect message.They were, also. using auto recall companies to entrap poeple. So Toyota owners out of work and behind on your car payments BEWARE of job offers or recall notices. Don't be fooled by a nice friendly voice!  Ask alot of questions and check with the company they name to see if that person really works there and if there really is a job opening. Call a dealer before getting involved with any recalls. The number is now a fax number or it has a constant busy signal like it's off the hook.

I got a message on my cell phone from "Michelle" today claiming to be from Bureau of Employment Services Refund management, that she had a refund for me from a previous employer.

A, a previous employer would know how to find me, B this smells like a scam a mile away.  I wish there was a way to block them from my cell phone.  I worked in the banking industry for 17 years and this isn't how ANY reputable company would do business, is always by mail.

someone named MIchelle said they were calling from the bureau of employment refund management and that i had a refund from a previous employer. Yea Right I am not falling for that any of my previous employers would know how to get me or hey if I have a refund just mail me a check lol . Don't fall for this people. The number came up unavailable on my phone they left the message to call back with that number
