I didn't answer but about a minute later they left a message saying they are from something Central working with Major Medical Supply saying they were checking on my bypass therapy and needs. They then announced their phone number once again and said the call would only take 2 minutes of my time and is designed to help them take better care of me. They annouced their number once again after that and said that I could call any time, day or night.

I got a message from this number saying they were from Sleep Central and to please call in order to have my needs better served.  Said to call back and call would only take two minutes.  I did not recognize this caller and did not return the call.

Recording was checking into whether a sleeo aid machine was being used. They called four times already.

I am tired of worrying about answering my own telephone because of these stupid phone calls. The latest is a 'sleep center' trying to check on my cpap that I do not own and my nonexistant insurance magically approves free replacement parts. However many times I tried to press 0 to get a human voice it says the phone number I entered is invalid. The phone number is 866-360-3101.....do people not have anything better to do???

We do not own a C-Pap!  We wish to report the harassing calls and there is nothing but a recording, so cannot tell the caller to cease these calls.  Thank you.

These repeat calls from "sleep central" are not only annoying but may also violate statutes on harassment.

i keep getting AUTOMATED CALLS from sleep central about my CPAP machine..there are 2 people at my home number with the same last name and we both use c pap..but neither of us use sleep central, but rather local universities where we get care. not knowing who they wanted or who they were we ignored them. now they keep calling, so i finally called back and it was all automated and i could not gate a live person. they finally said they would call back. i called the university and they had no idea who was calling and are checking into it. few people know i have a cpap machine and my medical records are private so i wonder who theses folks are..

I feel like I am being stalked by this #$!* machine!  Calls almost every night.  I haven't used CPAP machine in YEARS.  No way to contact a human on the number they left -- repeated pushing of 0 got me disconnected because this mechanical voice couldn't understand me.  Thanks John for Rotech # - I'm on hold now.  Leaving one or two messages would be tolerable.  This should be criminal.

I'm tired of these folks calling. the number is 866 360 3101. They call late in the evening. Called the number eventually to tell them to stop calling. It was all automated. I do have a cpap and get supplies from a local dealer. I will call tomorrow and ask them if they know what is going on.

Continual calls from this company Sleep Central - Rotech.  Can't get them to stop.
What happened to the "DO NOT CALL" list..........and don't you wonder why they aren't prosecuted.

I, too, have received these calls. I called the number posted above and had them remove my number. Rotech is the company that serves my local CPAP supply provider. I have several claims with the Better Business Bureau against Rotech concerning it's billing practices. Very consumer unfriendly company.

We keep getting these calls, my husband does use a cpap but we deal with a doctor and support office locally for help and supplies which are free with hid medicare. The problem is that this is all medically related and should be private. I'm going to put in complaints at our doctor's office, the sleep clinic and the clinic that handles my husbands supplies. That's the only place the information could have come from. I am really angry about this since we get several calls a week.

My name is Gloria Rolack-Fleming, I receive harrasing prerecorded voice calls every week concerning my ex-husband's C PAP breathing machine.  These calls are very annoying as there is never a real person on the other end of the line for me to report that my ex-husband no longer reside at this residence.  Please, some one HEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.  I'm tired of the Aggrevation!  If these companies are going to use automated voice calls ther need to be another option for updating or informing them that the individual not longer resides at that number.   My ex-husband name is Preston Rolack, I called him about the situation, he told me that he no longer uses that company's machine. He moved to the state of Alabama over two years ago, not only that we have been divorced for approximately 6 years.  So need I say I am truely Tired of the situation.  Please let's stop the MADNESS.  Thanking you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.  Gloria Rolack-Fleming

A patient called that his wife had died 2 months ago and they continue to call him.  He has called and left his phone number for a call back several times and no call back. this is ridiculous.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband has a cpap and uses a local store associated with the sleep clinic to get his equipment FREE,we've never used this company. I looked them up on line and sent an email saying just that and to take us off the mailing list. Haven't had a call in 4 days. I win. I'm going to find out how they got our name and number. This is medical information,and should never be given to any telemarketer which means that someone at the sleep clinic, the sleep doctor's office or the office where we get his equipment is probably selling information to this company. I'm reporting this to all 3 offices and they can decide who's doing it.
