Received a call from 202-551-1120 from a Richard Keith from PRG which is supposed to be a collection agency.  He asked that I call 866-364-6516.  These people are scam artists from a fake company called PMI.  Do not believe anything these people say.

Did he give you a case number?  We were told to call the same number "about a very important matter" and then he gave us a case number to refer to.  Except that he never said who was calling and what "office" he was from.

This jerk keeps calling my home too! He has even gone as far as to call my parents, best friend, sister and my sisters husbands mom!!!! I don't know where he is getting thier numbers but it is harrasment and embarassing! I am going to file harrasment charges against him AND the company. I have a family member who is a laywer! He threatens to call my work and discusses confidental information with my family. CLEARLY against 'Fair Debt Collection' Laws!!! This guy is a real piece of work!

We have a family member who recieved this approx. same call with the 1-866-364-6516 about a financial matter of a 'small loan'. Totally bogus.

Yes, we received the same call about a family member this week. They won't give you any info and seemed very bizarre. I googled the company name which they said was PRG, Premier Recovery Group which is said to be based in NY and nothing came up, so I googled the number and this is what I found. What are they calling for? Are they hoping someone will send them money?

Just got the same type of call...they threatened to call my place of employment...cleary harassment...violation of Fair Debt Collection...LOSERS!!!!!!!

They have been calling me for almost 2 years after they messed my bank account up from trying to take out the money too early!!!!  Steven Sanders is the one who keeps calling saying "I need to speak to you or your legal representation", yeah right!!!  He keeps trying to fax things to my job and I said to him "what are they going to do, fire me?"

This number called my brothers wife's parents house which whom i never met i mean i never even met my sister in law let alone her parents. Left the number 866-364-6516 for me to call them back and said that it is PRG and they even went as far and told these people that they are suing me for fraud. They even gave me a file number.

I received call Premier Recovery Group they said they had to verify some things with my employer. I didn't think much of it but when I walked into work the next day they verify employment w/my boss. I got written up that day. Then I called an attorney they said that perfectly legal. Then I came into work the next day and they fax something to my HR. I was scared, I called this company to figure out what's going on and to tell the truth they help me pay an account that I forget a couple years back and they even help me update my credit report. I know some companies are scams but these guys actually are legit and good people.

these people are crazy i got a call from a Richard keith saying its a serious matter that someone is filling a judgemen against me.then they called my ex husband parents demanding that they give my infomation to them.and told them that i have a judgement filed against me.i want to know how to report these people  right away.

these yo-yos called me today on my cell, work and work cell threatening to fax confidential info to my employer...whatever...

this company has called several family members and friends concerning an ongoing "fraud investigation" and has been leaving messages at their home #'s that charges have been filed against me. they have not contacted me directly, so i called them to see what they talking about. i was told i had past due debt, and when i demanded written proof of who they are and what the debt was concerning, i was told that if i would not voluntarily pay it immediately, they would file suit and send me a subpoena. i told em to go right ahead...havent heard anything but they continue to harass my friends and family with phone calls!!!! don't give them any financial information without talking to an attorney, as this "collection firm" constantly violates consumer protection laws!

I am fuming after just getting off the phone with Richard Keith who is the biggest jerk I have ever encountered.  He has called several times and left messages on my cell phone stating that he is trying to get in touch with a relative.  I had previously asked him not to call as this does not concern me.  He was hateful and threatening and informed me he would call every day if he chose to do so.  I am contacting an attorney to find out what options I have to put this jerk in his place.

Do you work for PRG? I believe you do. Because I Google this company it's a scam. Went far to call information in Buffalo, NY guess what no listing, and notified BBB still no listing.

these guys just don't give up...first it was a richard keith calling now it's some melissa something or other...i'm still waiting for the fax to my work...of course i don't know where they'd get the number!...

I received two calls today about a case against me. And that I have 24 hours to return the call or they have authorization from my employer's payroll department to collect.

I recieved the same call as you guys and yes their practices may not be the best however if you just call them back and you may learn something.  I took out one of those stupid on-line loans awhile back and they were able to help me get it off my credit report as well as settle it out for alot less than what i thought

The caller was a woman who left us with a phone number and case number to call them back.  When we did, she transferred us to a man who thought he could intimidate us with his harse voice.  He asked my husband for the last four of his SS# and I was yelling in the background, "don't give him nothing, its a scam!".  The man told my husband to "shut the F-up", and then hung up.  Let everybody you know and come in contact with, never, ever, give out any information on the phone.

They just called my job and left a message and then called my cell phone and left a message.  They said they was going to fax something to my job and that there was a judgement against me.  And that this was an urgent call and that I need to call immediately.

Melissa left a message on my answering machine for me [my name given] with case number, said my name had been given as a reference by [unknown name]. So I called back, talked with Melissa, and verified the spelling of [unknown name]. I'd never heard of that person and told Melissa that. She asked "What about [same first name, different last name]?" Never heard of that person, either. Melissa was very professional--said she'd take my number off this case file number. She didn't ask for any personal information; the only thing I offered was my first name when I identified myself. She already had my last name and phone number. After reading these comments, I am concerned.
