866-377-2028

I have received a number of phone messages from this number telling me if I do not call back TODAY (whatever day that message is left) furhter action will be taken.   I have attempted to return the calls on eight separate occassion only to be routed to a voice mail identified by a Susan to leave a message and a file number.  Which I have done.

The same number has reached me and I have advised them I am not the party they are attempting to contact and please remove my number from the call list, no remedy has been taken.

This morning I rec'd another version of a call with a message for a Collin Lewis, this person does not reside at the number they are calling.  I have called and left another message for "Susan" advising Collin Lewis does not live at this number and requesting they remove my number.

I googled this number and a long list of similiar complaints pop up.

this company continues to leave messages on my phone even after i informed them that my debt was charged off in a bankruptcy.  Now they have started calling my mother-in-law telling her to have me call them!!

I called back the 800-618-5731 number this morning..they addressed me by my name even though I didn't tell it to thm.  I also stated that the name they were calling me isn't a name that I have used for over 13 years.  The woman on the phone then told me I had to call "Ms. Stump" at the 866-377-2028 number.  This is absolutely ridiculous.  

They are also harassing my brother in Florida.  How they got his name is beyond me since I haven't had the same last name as him for over 23 years.  

I find it funny that looking on these posts, I actually found one that I posted over a year ago about this same company.

I got a call from that same person with the same #. leaving me a rude voice mail. I work nights at a police department and she is telling me i have some unpaid stuff. the way it looks its a SCAM!!! So i might just give her a call from my work phone today and let her have it.

I have received several calls from this number asking to speak to an Erica Ivy, there is no Erick Ivy at my number but they insist that there is. The first time I was trying to make them understand they were calling the wrong number for this Erick but soon discovered the call was just a fishing expedition on their part to try to gain my personal information. I called them everything in the book and hung up. They have call several more time and I just hang up on them. The best course of action is to just ignore these [***] as they are scam artists. I have reported them to the telephone company but that has done no good so I have now written a letter to the U.S. Attorney General’s office. However, from what I have seen of the Obama Administration’s AG I doubt the letter will do any good.
