Seems to be a collection agency that has a real crappy automated system... I answered once to see what they would say and got the old automated system that say if your not who they are looking for then hang up.

I think this may be another number for ER solutions.  They have the same message on their answering machine.  they don't identify themselves.  They just say they are closed and to call back during regular business hours.....which they don't provide.  I get the same message at this number as I do for 877-495-0400

I answered the call and received an automated answer that said, "this is Kelly Smith".  I agree that it is possibly a collection agency as I have received a call from 18774950400 as well and it was just automated when I answered it with no information.  I am not sure who they are.

Keep receiving calls from this number asking for someone with my first name but not my last name. Continues to call even though I select the prompt stating I am not the person they are calling

They have called my office phone asking for another family member :(  I answer, push 1, go on hold and then it disconnects.  wtf

same deal as everyone else. im leaning towards identity theft and there trying to verify information.

calls at least once a day no message / hang up. i called back and a message says you have reached convergence outsourcing leave a message then another recording says mail box full. when will we get help stopping these A-h0es.

Company name is Convergent Outsourcing and they are a Collection Agency.Called me with alleged olld debt . Same old same BS. Informed them that Statute of Limitation has expired , they can't collect or report or sue and simply hanged up .

This number keeps calling me at least twice a day and its the Wrong number, Wrong person they are looking for.

debt collector trying to collect on a 15yr old debt which illegal cant collect after 7 years informed them of this last time this happened the company lost their license that was years ago but thats what im working on now as soon as i locate the correct info i will pass it along theach these idiots a lesson

I am so fed up with these people.  They should seek a real job and stop harrassing people about old debts.  You can sue them and win but the paperwork is a hassell.  I will take action to hire a lawyer if they keep on calling me.  If the people they are tring to collect money from for a old dept charged off what makes the idiots think they are going to pay the debt collectors.  They need to get a life.

I'm 15 yrs old so why would debt collectors be calling me? They call atleast once a day and don't leave voicemails.. how can I make them stop?!
