I already got 3 calls from this phone number but no message

2 calls in an hour and left no message.

I just a call from this number and there was no one there. Really wierd!!

I have had this phone number for over 40 years. I am elderly, and I live alone. This number keeps calling me, and there is never any message left on my machine. I have recently experienced many unwanted calls to my home. My number is obviously being called by mistake. Please remove my number from your list. Thank you.

Calls multiple times a day, no message.

This is a collector, not sure why they are calling me BUT they wanted up front info to verify who I was. I asked them would you give a complete stranger your information? ANYWAYS, they called me at work this time. I asked them not to call me here at work, less then a minuet I get another call asking for our fax number, say guy. What ever it is I owe them, they could have sent it in the mail. Credit Control is the companies name. Let's see if they fax me any info..

They are Real Dirt Bag Bill Collectors.... They will not leave a message, since they are trying to verify info. They will also try calling you from various cellphones.

every morning at 8:01 annoying! How do we stop them?

Call me randomly 2 or 3 times a day. no message.  I answered one time and they asked for someone I never heard of.  I asked them not to call me anymore.  I want to sue them for harassment.

Called asking for a person that doesn't live here.  

I usually toy around with these calls or just hang up.

the people who call from this # hang up when you answer then when u call back they say it is not there fault i that they hang up on you it is your fault then they get mean with you. which is not right when they do not talk to you

Someone from this number just called our home. We have been at this residence with the same telephone number for over 15 years. Before that, my grandmother lived here with the same number for over 40 years. Someone from this number called our house and mumbled a name and when I asked for the gentleman to repeat himself he hung up. I called the number back and got a different person and asked them what they wanted. The took my phone number with area code and then claimed they were trying to get a hold of someone I have never heard of. I told they did not live here and to remove my number. She claimed she would. We will see...

the call me up to 10 times a day back to back.. and some times once in the morning several times then in the afternoon several times...

All three addresses listed with the BBB are questionable. The address listed on their website should be used for any correspondence (cease & desist letter) also you should address the letter to Steven Sands he's listed as the president and his brother is VP

Identified herself as a debt collector with Credit Control.

Call several times a day never a detail message or say who the call is I have had this number for 25+ years, what's with these calls are they scammers ?

We receive phone calls 2 or 3 times a week from this purported "Credit Control Debt Collector LLC". Despite my explaining to them that the purported debtor "Anna Burk" is unknown to us & consequently has never had the phone # we have had for 10+ years, they continue to call us. Since 7/3/12 we have had phone calls from Greenlight Financial, World Financial, Kohl's & Fingerhut and now Credit Control, LLC.  10 days ago when I answered their call & started giving them the chronological  dates & times of this 3+ yrs. of harassment, the caller rudely promised to mark our # as a "bad #" after she informed me that "someone cannot get credit with your phone #". Of course she refused to even inform me in what City or State this purported Anna Burk pretended to be living.  Amazing that a debt collector would protect an obviously dead beat debtor & continue to harass an innocent consumer with 2 add'l phone calls, despite her promise to "take us out of the system".
