One of many numbers used by Miller &  Clark (a fake law firm) aka M & K Capital (an incompetent debt collector) who uses threats of arrest, legal hearings, delivery of legal papers to your boss or HR Department, etc.  They are committing a felony every time they call representing themselves as lawyers, which they aren 't
or threatening  you with sharing legal papers with your employer (illegal).  In a lot of cases, they don't even have accurate information about you.  The message left for me today was that they had sent copies of legal papers to my employer's HR Department.  Hmmmmmm.... I.'ve been retired for several years!!  The US Attorney General's Office began an investigation of these clowns the end of October 2012 after they called one of its lawyers with their threats.  I record every one of their recorded messages for use  by any legitimate lawyer investigating them.  They belong in prison.

I got a call today, left no message and I didn't answer.  I don't answer 800 #'s that call on my cell phone.

The number 866-380-6567 keeps calling but leave no message.  Like the Penny of 7/15/13 I to don't answer 800 # on my cell phone.

It is also illegal for a collector to call your cell phone.  The fine range from$ 500.00 per call to $1500.00 and the courts have no other choice but to award a plaintiff who file against a collector.  That is federal statute.  So record all the calls, file suit and rack in the money.  Just keep detailed records and record all the calls.  The only way to stop these [***] is to hit them in the bank book.  If everyone did this they will stop or go out of business.  But like all companies who break the law, they will change the name and continue.

These people call periodically but never say anything when answered; except the first time I answered. They were asking for someone I never heard of, and I told them "wrong person-wrong number." They said ok, and then stopped calling for a short while. After that I never answered their calls again.

I think them to be debt collectors. They harass whether they have their intended target or not.They also did not identify their self or the name of their company. Unprofessional to say the least!

They just called here and said they were credit control then in the same breath ask ME to verify my address!!!  REALLY!  I told the rude person on the other end I don't give out my info to anyone that calls me and wants me to identify myself!!  She said the calls will continue and hung up!  Who can I report this to?  I call back and I know it was the same person......they answered with a hello not with any company name!!!  I ask for a supervisor and was cut off after a few minutes!

At the moment, there is no place to report them to (the FTC is closed, due to the government shutdown). The next time they call, demand the name of the company along with a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to mail a cease communication letter. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get it for you.

Yes the very same thing happened to me!! I told them the exact same thing and she said the exact same thing too me!!!  That is so funny.  Such rude arrogant people.  She held up to her end of the deal, they do call back, but never leave a message. I did the same thing,call back and got the same results!  It sounds like me that left this same message!

Do not answer  800 service ( 866-380-6567 ) is a scam stating late on loan or any other to get your bank info. Asked my bank today and told is a scam!

Someone from the above number (866-380-6567) just called my office phone  .. asking to speak an employee named "xx" which is NOT my name.  I told them there is no employee by that name here (which is true)
