Darco- The Roster Monster

I keep getting this as a text page on my company cell phone. When I call the number back, I cannot leave a message. It says to enter your company code followed by a # key. Even if I try to enter a number and # it does not work it says "invalid entry", please try again. This happens about 6 - 8 times then is says, sorry that you are hainv problems, please contact your supervisor, then hangs up.

Not sure how to stop this!!!!

This is a Xcel energy dispatch call out number.  It should only show on your phone if a Xcel employee resides at your home.  Each employee has a code they enter if they are willing to respond to the call out.  The calls come in when the work office is closed for the day and a gas or electric employee is required to cover an emergency call.  Hope this is helpful.
