Called the number back and it is CenterPoint Energy calling. Makes sense because I forgot to pay my bill!

Called the number back and was able to let Centerpoint know they had reached the incorrect household.

When Centerpoint calls, the caller ID says "CENTERPOINT" not "toll free"!  I just got a call and did my usual  pick-up/hang-up and there was no call back.  When you answered or called them back, you just confirmed the number their computer dialed is an active number and now you are in for some more calls!  I have not found anywhere on the internet that this number is connected to Centerpoint.  

Emails are the same way--scammers are now copying official logos and trying to get you to click on their email to grab your internet or email id and then you are put on many scammer lists for loads of emails or worse phone calls if you gave out your number when they asked for personal information.  Get the picture?
