MARY - 11 Sep 2007your telling me..i really hate it when they call...they call every morning around 10...then another number calls me right behind that...if we don't answer their calls 6 days in the row everytime they call...then wouldn't u think they would get it threw their heads n not call again...they're annoying.

abkharris - 20 Sep 2007If you have a cell phone you could get ahold of the service provider (sprint, alltell, ect) and ask them if they can block the number..other wise it is a preapproved credit card company calling you. Tell them you are in the process of filing for bankruptsy and they will take you off their list! It works..I only recieved one call from them.

blackiesgirl33@yahoo.com - 3 Nov 2007JUST AN FYI, YOU SEARCH THE NUMBER ,FIND OUT WHICH STATE IT'S ORIGINATING FROM AND THEN CONTACT THE ATTNY GENRAL AND GET THE COMPLAINT LETTER EITHER FROM THE WEBSITE OR THEY CAN MAIL IT YOU FILL IT OUT AND RETURN IT AND THEN THEY ARE TOLD NOT CALL YOU IF THEY DO THEY ARE GIVEN A VERY STIFF FINE. panda - 19 Sep 2008I talked with a lady at the better business bureau and she said that the company already has a bad record. The guy on the phone had the nerve to threaten me with more phone calls. The lady at the BBB said that this PMG Platinum Mastercard Group is out of Clearwater Florida. To file a complaint go to www.bbbwestflorida.org (make sure to use all lowercase) You have to file a complaint in writting via online, so it won't do any good to call really, just send the complaint from the about BBB West Florida website. GOOD LUCK!!!
