was very rude called me a liar when I told him that my husband and I did not own a shell credit card.  He hung up on me.  I called him back because I did not want this on our credit, come to find out he called someone else who gave him our number and stated we were in our 50's which was is not true.  I explained this to him, he asked for my hustands last 4 so I gave them to him, he said well I will go back into my database and get some more information.  I asked him to apologize for being so rude he stated it goes against his grain, so I hung up.  He left a direct # of 888-367-6595

this no. keeps calling and I havent answered but they dont leave any mesg. So I don"t know who is calling.

I also had to deal with this moron, who would not even tell me why he was calling me, just told me "you are 39 years old, grow up and pay your bills." I reported him to the FTC, and I will be calling my attorney as well.

Calls and leaves no message. Have no unpaid debts and should not be receiving these calls.

I called the number back. I asked what the calls were regarding. They were looking for someone that does not live in state anymore. Gentleman was polite, helpfull and said he would not call again.

Call from a collection agency looking for the prev. owner of my place. They used a reverse directory to get the number. Very abusive bunch.

I have received four calls from this number and a recorded message asking for someone who has never lived here.  I was unable to continue listening as the message said that if I did, I would be validating that I was that person. As I was fed up with early morning calls, I called the number back.  The person did not identify his company at all.  When I told him that this was a second n umber for the house with a distictive ring and they must have mixed it up with the person, he said that he would change the information.  He was very unconcerned and acted as if I was completely unimportant--zero apology

The fella that calls from this number has also called me on numerous occassions, for collection of a "walmart" over due bill.His name he states is Jeff Daniels. He also stated he had access to my bank account and that he knew we had $xxx amount of money in this account, he threatened to phone my husband also, which I gladly told him, please do. As for the amount of money he stated that was in my bank account, was a false amount. He harasses me at this time. When I blocked the number and called it back, as this person refused to tell me what his intentions were for calling me. He got very rude to me on the phone. I will be rude and ask questions when anyone calls my phone, as to the nature of their call. If I so choose not to speak to the person on the other end, I hang up.

I find he is from NCO collection agency, even though he refused to tell me where he was calling from.

Sick and tired of these people calling constantly. Wakes my 5 month old grandbaby. Never leaves a message, just hangs up.

I had an identity theft when I was about 18 years old. This was about 5 years ago. I went through all of the proper steps to report the theft and fax all the proper paper work to everyone that needed this information. Lately my parents have been getting harrassing phone calls from this toll free number. I happend to be at my parents visiting one night after she had surgery and answered the call. The gentleman was very rude to me and kept speaking over me when I was trying to give my side of the story. I got very upset and hung the phone up after getting the fax number for about the third time. My mom was very concerned at how upset I was after I got off the phone so she tried to call the number back to get some more details. After about 5 minutes on the phone my mom came to realize why I had become so irrate when he continued to be rude to her as well. Mom asked for his badge number and name and he said "what am I a police officer" and become ignorant. After about 20 minutes of them harrasing my parents I picked up the pohone and let them have it. All of a sudden the gentleman started laughing and started talking to a coworker and said "dude what did you do to this [***]". I feel for anyone that has to deal with such unproffesional people. The first guy gave the name of George Cortaza and the second gentleman was Ray and would not give a last name. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with these imbassols.

This number calls at ALL UNGODLY hours!  They never say who they are or who they are calling for, just start talking and Im SICK OF IT!!!
I dont have any credit problems so why are they calling me?  STOP IT!!

This people call my fiance's phone and ask for my number. they will not give any info about why they are calling or what company they are with. the guy is very very rude and needs to STOP CALLING!!!

This [***] with a thick accent called me asking for someone else. When I said they didn't have this number anymore, he said this was about an audit of the 2007 taxes from the IRS as if I was then going to admit to being someone I wasn't. Then the guy asked me if I knew how to find the individual, when I responded no he asked again. I said look in the phonebook and hung up. This guy was rude, unprofessional, and a liar.

Rcvd a call today from "George" at my place of employment, he was very rude to the receptionist and a co-worker who picked up the phone( I was not available) when the receptionist hung up on him for being rude and ignorant. Phone # on ID caller was 866-415-2399. I will be reporting this harassment!!

getting repeated cals from this number. not sure why. never leave messages. but this is annoying.

this # repeatidly calls at all house called I'd only shows # never a name,doesn't leave messages about to chance my # if this continues.

You could easily file lawsuit against them for harassement its in the FDCPA rules and regualtions.. They have no right to curse, make threats call you at all hours. Take actions against the collection companies. They are ignorant people and they need to be taught a lesson.. File lawsuite 99.9% you will win hands down. They kept calling me so I filed a harrasment lawsuit against them and I won $850.00. They felt so stupid afterwards
