annoying collection agency

FRS is a Financial Recovery Service a Collections Agency.

FRS annoying phone calls(over 3-5) times per day; I wish I had just one dollar for the number of times that they call.... maybe then I could pay some of them.

FRS also uses 888-941-5960, 952-831-4800, 888-941-5960, 877-288-9426

Calls numerous times leaving only a number on voicemail and no name or company. Calls work, home, cell, family, neighbors; all day and night.

they have been bugging me for several months now,wanting someone i never heard of(albert).the better business bureau website lists 4 businesses by that name,all in different states. does anyone know which one this is? if i knew i could send a cease and desist order to them.

You should direct all future correspondence in writing as outlined in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and to cease all communication with me by telephone.

Lastly, I would like to receive confirmation in writing that you have received this letter and will no longer be contacting me about this other person's debt, or I will be forced to seek further legal action.

866-415-2400 is tied to Financial Recovery Services, Inc. P O Box 385908 Minneapolis, MN  55438-5908 which appears to be a lockbox for payments.  Letters and administrative calls come from P O Box 4115 Concord, CA  94524.  Hope this information helps you!

These people call my son's cell phone asking for Martin Sandoval.  I have told them several times that my son is 11 and we have no idea who Mr. Sandoval is.  Then they say "Oh so Martin Sandoval is your son" when I say are you not getting this? They say I don't need to be rude!! Today I asnwered the call but nobody came on, so I called back and said please stop calling this number.  It rang during school & my son got in trouble.  The dumb b*tch said 'put it on vibrate'!  I told her that it was none of her business & they had better get the # out of their database.  There has to be SOMETHING you can do about this type of stuff!?!?!

These sh!@$ called my house and didn't say a word.  I called back and right away they wanted a name.  I am assuming, they get your name, match your number and right there have enough info to do "some" damage.  They have a caller ID remover.  They are rude and very uneducated.  I call them througout the day to make sure they are there for me.  I am able to reroute numbers so, they can not call back.  DO "NOT" give your name when they ask.  IT'S A TRAP.  These guys are a sorry excuse for anything.  They probably use a war-dialer just to see who answers.  Once they get a fish, they try to rell it in.  From their vocabulary, you can guess and assume 5th grade dropouts, or just never were loved by anyone.  Anyway, I need to find something else to do.  Winning the lotto sucks after a while.

These people is calling my work and leave message during several times THEY LEAVE THE MESSAGE FOR SOMEBODY THAT HAVE SIMILAR NAME THAN MY NAME BUT I DON'Y KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY.

these people call me 3 or 4 time a day asking for somebody named Tania something, i have no idea who this person is i dont even have a family memeber by that name but they insist and continue to call here. I've spoken to them several times and tried to explain but they either tell me to give her the message or they'll say we will remove your name which doesn't work because in a few days they will just call agian.

The annoying thing was that they always call with a recording and then want you to stay on hold until they're ready to talk.  I don't do that.  But I called the number back and explained that the person they are asking for doesn't live here.  They asked if I knew her, and I said no (the truth).  She put me on hold for a second and came back saying they wouldn't call anymore.  Hopefully that will be the end of it.

the phone they called on is a business phone.  the person they ask for his a person who comes in and out of the office occasionally.  funny, cos i was bored, so i just kept asking him a lot of questions.  of course, he answered all my questions.  (i.e. that this "urgent" call was in regards of a financial situation), that's all i needed to know. psh! i'm not giving him the msg... it's not my job to find this person, it's their job.. i guess next time this number calls, i will just send them straight to the company's vmail box... mmmwwaaahhhh!!!
