Now says they are Mandy Moore and want me to call them to give my address to serve.  Please, everyday it's a different number. I wish they would serve me.

Just got the same call, let the rep pick up, had wrong dob, wrong license #, my social, and was asking me to pay 570 or they will garnish my taxes and pay for 1725

Got a phone call from a Kim Lewis with cardinal legal saying I how edge water llc $500.00 and some odd dollars and before they turn it over to the police to come pick me and take me to the court house to serve me papers and end up paying $3,000. I could pay $332.00 rite know. I never borrowed any money from a payday loan. this is the 6 time and we should sue them.

I got the same call but they said I owed Edgewater $525 and that it was going to be turned over and I would have to go to court and then it would be $2700 (but she couldn't explain to me why such a jump in cost) and I would have a wage garnishment and a lien on my income tax and federal charges if I didn't pay now. The scary thing and what almost got me is she had a lot of correct info on me but my question is how do they have my new phone number which I did not have at the time they are saying all this transpired and then I googled their phone number and saw all the other ppl who received the same call. Sorry you almost had me but not today.

Everyone, these people call from different numbers. They are scammers, they said there was a warrant for my arrest and i had to pay them. I went to the police station to reported and see if there was actually a warrant for my arrest. A detective at the station told me if was just a scam and to ignore there call. They cant technically take any action unless they actually take money from you.

Some company called Cardinal. They called with a threatening recording, trying to sound very official, it said that they were trying to serve a subpoena. The recording went on to say I could avoid being served if I called this number to pay an outstanding debt. Since I have no outstanding debt, I knew this was a scam. I also know that this is not how subpoenas are handled. I called the Federal Trade Commission and reported it.
