i received a mastercard charge from a company called salezhelp.com with this phone number following the charge name  as yet they have not informed me why or for what i was charged  and i have not received anything from anyone related to the charge   mastercard has alerted me about this ...

This company is a fraud.  Do not buy anything from them, as you will never get your merchandise.  They delay you over & over again saying it is coming or they will re-ship.  They do this so time will pass so you can not fill a claim against them.  Do it right away.
