The only people calling to do "verifications of employment" for an employee who last worked here 5 years ago are debt collectors.  I like to puppet them around for awhile before telling them I need written authorization to speak with them....they always hang up.

I got a call from 314-546-4702 wanting to verify address and the recording said if i do not have an address please call 866-423-8033 so they can update their records.  Said their name was paula strong

Got a "call" from Jennifer.  Call ID displayed 813-414-5399.  Some BS about wanting "to confirm an address in order for proper delivery of a required notice."  She provided 2 callback numbers: 866-423-8033 or her direct line at 716-803-8418.

Got a message from 866-4238033, and like all the posts here, wanted to verify some info. Didn't Reply or call back.

Woke me up with a message like all the above.  Exactly like those reported earlier.   I will not return the call.   Live in assisted living center; do not need this kind of stress.

Got this call saying they were from 1st Choice assests, saying i owe money
