They call about 2 to 3 times daily, I never answer, I'll add them to mmy blocked calls list.

They call 2 - 3 times a day. Say  "this is a message for Rebecca Peterson. If you are not RP, please call this number to remove your name from our list. Please listen to this message in private, as it contains private information...they are attempting to collect a debt".

I just got a new number and these people already started.It seems as if there is no  stopping them except to report them.
People need tovigilantly report these thieves and  people who are vulnerable can easily be their prey.


DO NOT GIVE UP AND  GIVETHEIR NUMBER TO AUTHORITIES!

These people are horrible....They have called me several times in the past, and I had to change my number. Now they are starting to contact relatives stating "We are a Professional Warrent Squad, and if we do not get in contact with her, she will be arrested." Bad business because they scared my relative to death.  When you call the number it states "warrent professionals instead of NCO as before. Someone needs to do something about this.  I pray for all who have been affected by these horrible people. The caller name DOKUES extension 7260

I called back yesterday and it was Windham Professionals, which is a debt collection agency contracted through NCO Financial.
For a debt collection agency, they were very courteous and helpful...shocking, I know.

"Nuella" called asking for a specific person on a "matter or importance."  She hedged until directly asked for the third time what company she worked for and then answered " Windham Professionals."  She even spelled it. She was unaware that this was a business and was a bit pushy.

Someone from this number called a relative. My relative emailed me...They said they urgently need to get hold of me and since my relative was my emergency contact person... WHICH IS A LIE. This relative was never an emergency contact...
