ButtercupGal - 19 Mar 2008There was a charge on my debit card from this company. It is for some sort of prescription drug discount program. I have health insurance and have no use for a discount program. So far the company has said they will refund the charge and investigate who signed me up. I have asked for a new debit card.

Dana - 20 Mar 2008I couldn't get a hold of them at first either. Try calling around 3:00 pm. they finally answered then. I've reported this to the local consumer fraud reporting and I have been trying to report it to the FBI, but this certain type of scam isn't listed. I'm waiting on an e-mail response from someone.Let me know if you are getting anywhere as well. I'll keep checking this site.

Dana - March 12th, 2008 - 19 Mar 2008this number was on my bank statement as well. with a charge of $66.50 for something I didn't ask for. When I confronted them, they wouldn't tell me how they got my info. they ended up hanging up on me because I was chewing them out hard!

He is deployed so he knew it wasn't a charge that he had made....How do/did these people get banking information???? I called my bank to inquire about the charge but they did not have any information regarding it other than the number that is listed on the description line----8664340080.

ButtercupGal - 16 Apr 2008I am going through my bank to get my money back. I have called a few times and am not getting my refund. I finally called the 866-434-0080 number abd flat out asked them for their address: Med Services, 116 West Service Road, Suite 801, Champlain, NY 12919. I don't know if it's a real address, but I filed a complaint with the Buffalo, NY BBB.
