I got this charge to.  It was for a "bonus" program that I apparently signed up for when I ordered a trial back of Acai Berry.  I don't believe I signed up for this program but it was probably buried in the fine print when I ordered the free trial pack.

My debit card was charged $8.53 on 9/14 - the detail says EZYKIT 8664371621  -- It's from DazzleWhite and I cancelled the trial membership two weeks ago.  This is a fraudulent charge and I'm going to try to get my money back.

Don't do ANY of these free trial offers from the internet - they have these hidden services sending you nothing.

When I called 866-437-1621, he said it had something to do with Acia Berry / weight loss or teeth whitening.  He gave me 866-417-6059 and I talked with an operator who cancelled the whole program so I should not be getting any more charges.

    Acai Burn.
I ordered a free trial and then was charged $59.00 for 3 bottles of the pills I never ordered. I went through my checking account and have been getting random charges from random companies including the 7.01 from this one! It is a scam. I disputed the charges and cancelled my credit card. This is the only way to stop the payments don't try calling the "company".

    WHITESMILE 8882272950 $1.95
    elitepack 8663962729 $6.21
    EZYKIT 8664371621 $8.53
    PRISTINEHLTH 8666764122 $79.28
I signed up for a "Free Trial" of Dazzle White (tooth whitening gel). The $1.95 was for the shipping I was told that would be the only charge, the following 3 charges were noticed today... I have tried the online support who only referrs me to an 888# which is closed. if you search any of the names above with numbers you may be able to trace charges to some not so free trial- if you can think of any you may have signed up for. lots of people saying they do not have their money back after returning products; lots of run around and in all it's a big scam where they take small amounts at a time. All of my charges are within the last 30 days. I am going to try my bank but do not know how to get my money back... Good Luck to everyone in my position!!

    VERY VERY MAD
Same issue! Charged $8.53 at 2:54 AM EST this morning. It must have something to do with ACAIBURN...which I cancelled before even receiving the product. Stay away from ACAIBURN!!! Stay away from EZYKIT!!

Also, around same time, I had a $6.95 charge from "ACCESSMEMBER" 8663893868. I'm sure, again, tied to ACAI BURN in some way!!

Cancelled bank card, will dispute with Better Business Bureau.

    Take care!

OK, here is what you need to do. I fell into this trap by ordering DazzleWhite.

I ordered the 14 day trail and was charged a couple of dollars for the Trial offer. This was no problem. Received shipment.

However, what I did not realize is that if I did not cancel I would be billed the full price of $79.28. Which happened. My bad and I take responsibility for this.

Now I have a second charge on my credit card for 79.28, Sit down, take a deep breath. This is the first of three installments 79.28 each for a 3 month supply. Since I caught it early enough I was able to cancel the transaction, get the required RMA number and return address.

How, the 866######## numbers referenced on you bill are actually phone numbers. Call them. Be kind but forcefull. Cancel. Inform them you are contacting you credit card fraud devision, (which you really need to do), and that you will not accept any more charges.

OK, we are not done yet. Unknown to be there were "Bonus Offers" associated with the initial DazzleWhite trial offer. The Ezykit and elitepack are NOT products you receive in the US mail. They are emails with pointers to websites that have information to loss weight and or some other useless information. I have scanned my emails and have no reference to them. I have to assume I did receive the email but they were detected as SPAM and were filter with the other 50+ junkmail I receive everyday. They got deleted.

You MUST call those associated 866####### that appear on you statements and cancel them too, since they are memberships.

As it has been said, " if it is too good to be true, it most likely is".

First time shame on them, second time shame on me.

Good Luck ... hope this helps

I am in the same boat. And unfortunately the "little" charges keep occurring over 2 month now on my Creditcard. My Bank can't really help, I just have to dispute it every single time and that does not stop it either. It keeps charging my card!!! Anybody got an idea apart from changing current credit card (which would be REALLY annoying)?????

I am having 7.01 usd taken from my account every month, and I am being charged a fee by my bank as well, but I have no idea why I am being charged this amount or in fact who is taking it, and I cannot seem to be able to stop it either, even my bank doesn't know who these people are, I have only ever bought items off ebay, so what is going on.

I also have another company or whatever they are taking money as well, its called Elite pack and the number is 8663962729, I have no idea whatsoever who they are either, but they are also taking monthly sums as well, does anyone know how I can stop this from happening.
