This is the toll free phone number of Premier 1 Property Services in Florida. They are located somewhere in the Tampa area. These same people used to operate Preferred Property Services, which was closed down after an investigation began from Attorney General's Office of Florida. This was 100% a scam company. These people used to call you and tell you that you have an offer from a developer on your vacant land in Florida. They asked you to pay an upfront fee and you will receive the upfront fee back at the closing date with the sale of vacant land certified cashier check. When the closing date arrived, nothing ever happened. So my opinion is that Premier 1 Property Services is the same exact 100% scam. If they tell you to pay them money, please do not do so. I urge you once again, PLEASE DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY ANY UPFRONT MONEY! If you do, you will be in very huge trouble! Also, this company uses fictitious names!

I have no complaints about Premier Property. I would like to praise them for them getting my property sold in 18 days from the point i signed documents and returned them via fax. Thank you Mr. Andrews for being honest and quick with getting my property sold. God Bless

  I am very glad that this company sold you your land. Unfortunately, this company might be writing this message as from themselves with a fake name because usually a person does not give out his real name on this site.

Unfortunately this scam is real! My aging parents called me yesterday  saying that they received a call from this 866 number and a nice young lady named "Thia Durand" claimed to have ready and willing buyers for their small piece of land in Arkansas.  She claimed to be from Premier Property Services in FL gave them the website www.4premierland.com and a bad cell # after getting them to give her their credit card for a $900 advertising fee! I'm reporting this to Atty Gen. of FL - but beware!

Premier Property Services from the number 1-866-437-3365 called & claimed they had 3 ready and willing buyers for our piece of land in Arkansas. They gave a website www.4premierland.com They boasted they could coordinate the sell of it for 3 times what we paid for it and all it requires is a $895 advertising fee.  The obtained the credit card information, then gave a cell number (which turned out to not be verifiable). The number above allows you to leave a message.

They called us inquiring about some land we purchased a few months ago. I found this on the web before I called them back.

my daughter called me at work to tell me that someone was interested in land I have in Texas for sale. I believe that these are the same folks who got me for $400 about 12 years ago when I first put it up for sale and it had been for sale for about 2 years at that time. Thanks for the feedback on this number, they will not get me a second time.

Got a call from Christa (sp.) and she too wanted me to call her about property.  I definitely won't be calling back.  They asked us to call back to 866.437.3365 X204.

Received a call a week or so ago, about if I was interested in selling some of my property in Texas, no deatils, they just asked, today received a call from Diania? and was from the 866-437-3365 #, glad I looked this up on the internet, may have saved me a lot of trouble ... thanks to all for the info.

The staff at Premier Property Services was very knowledgeable and handled the sale of my property in a professional manner. My agent was always available to answer questions and i never felt like this was a scam... are you sure you are talking about premier property services? in clearwater, fl?

I got the same phone call last week! They said they had a buyer willing to pay me $16k for my empty lot in Polk County Texas. They wanted $500 upfront to produce a pictorial portfolio for it. Why would they need a portfolio to showcase it if they had a buyer? I told them I didn't have a job and they were no longer interested in me?

Premiere Scam Victim!

I received a call from a David Moore about three weeks ago asking if I'd like to sell a .5 acre lot in Polk county,TX. I agreed to have them call back after I decided on a sale price.  Today Diana Henry called and said she could sell the lot for $18K.  I thought she had mispoken and asked her she didn't mean eighteen hundred; she insisted she meant 18K. She proceeded to give me lots of information as to how the process works. To get things started today I would pay a $598 portfolio fee which would be refunded except for $50 at closing. I told her I was interested but would not act today; I'd have to consult with someone about it. I am thankful that I found this site. The address and phone number is the samme; Diana is at ext 206. I checked the BBB but didn't get good information until I used Google and added the name of the city to the name's company name.

My husband got a call from a Trey Savoy and Lisa from 866 437-3365 stating they could sell our land in Polk County, Texas but needed money up front to do so. He said the number was his private cell number. Ha, that is the number listed for the company. I knew it was a scam from the start and after checking online, I was proved right. Hey, folks, nobody does nothing for free and as always, if it sounds to good to be true, IT IS. We can not even get the local real estate companies to list this property. NO body wants it, so why could he sell??? Ask your self

DITTO, DITTO AND DOUBLE DITTO ON THE POLK COUNTY GOLDMINES. Everyone thats tried to be scamed by these creeps should Email the Attorney General in Florida about Premier Property Services address at 2862 Gulf to Bay Blvd. Ste F /Clearwater Fl. 33759-4043, so they don't rip off hard earned and saved money from our Mom's, Dads, Grammas and Grampas just so they can have a good laugh and live the hi-life. And who is the sob's in Texas thats giving those in Florida our info and Phone#'s. Just think of the poor souls that have scraped up enough money to fall into their trap. Hopefully they will be able to afford Christmas this year.

Offered to sell my lot in Hot Springs Village for $9000 but I have to pay almost $500 up front with a promise that all but $50 would be refunded when the property sold; claimed to have a 90% success rate.  I would have loved to have sold the lot but the $500 in advance screamed "scam".

I got the same call from them this week, regarding a property in Missouri.  I know it is a scam because the property is presently already listed for sale with a reputable realtor and is available for review in the local MLS.  If a buyer were interested in the property I'm sure they would be working through a local resource in this resort community rather than some outfit in Florida.  

Glad I checked this site so I won't even bother to call them back.

Received another call today from Diania in regards to property I own in Polk Co. Texas, this time I am very aware of the scam ... all who receive calls from 1-800-437-3365, "Beware" This is indeed a "SCAM" ...
