I got a call from this number, turns out it was in reference to a PayDay loan I took out a couple of years ago. For whatever reason I forgot to pay it, or just never did. Regardless, the amount aowed with fees was over $1200 for a $750 loan!! Well they were more than helpful by settling out my debt for $445.00. They supplied me with an email of arrangements and also I today received my paid letter.

I've received 2 calls from this number trying to reach the previous owner of my cell number.  Both times, I was accused of being 'Betty' and the same guy was rude.  The second time, he YELLED at me that women need to be subserveint to men, and that I had to obey him.  I told him, again, not to call my number anymore.  I called the number back, and the same man answered, said he'd never talked to me before and that he normally doesn't answer the phones.  I couldn't understand his name, and he wouldn't spell it for me.  I told him I wasn't Betty, and if he didn't stop calling, the lawyers that own the restaurant I work in would contact him.  He said he'd take me number off the calling list, and that I was rude.  I googled the number, and it belongs to ALLEN MICHAELS & ASSOCIATES in New York.  Horrible, horrible, CRAZY people.

Ive had at least 25 phone calls from this scam company. It is not related to the Allan Michaels in Texas. The webpage is html and there is virtually no information except a contact number. Try Google Earth with the address, it comes up to a CROSSROADS in a really seedy part of town in NY. They have harrassed me at work after telling them to stop calling me there 3 times, and several of my family members. They will not provide original documentation of the debt (that I don't owe). I have reported them to the FBI and they got back to me asking that I report it to another Federal agency. It is part of an online scammer group for payday loans. DO NOT let them have any personal information!!!

This company also goes by the name of M N S and Associates they are nothing more then scam artists keep your wallet in your pocket when they call and tell them to serve you with their papers and you like me will receive nothing from them.
