Absolutely disgusting and unethical corrupt company.  This company notified me that they intend to pursue a debt which was written of and even discharged a long time ago. That didn't stop EOS NCN.  This is nothing but a drug addict (Mr  Anthony) who is buying written off ancient debts that are non collectible.  This debt was officially discharged by the bankruptcy people yet Mr. Tony the crook keeps on harassing us many years after the fact. The don't have any morals or ethics, it's just a company that does nothing, creates nothing, helps nobody and only buys names and numbers of people in debt so they can harass them endlessly .  Of course their actions are largely illegal since you can't collect a debt that has gone through bankruptcy and discharged, yet this cokehead Anthony doesn't care.  When you actually talk to these loser you realize there is no company but a couple of tooth sucking island people with no jobs or skills and that get paid if they can collect an illegal debt.  

Sadly the are representing some of Canada's biggest banks and corporations and pretending to be them. They violated the collection act by stating they were from the bank , they are not , its a dope in Milner AVe in the worst part of town where rents are cheap.

Do you have any information on this scumbag? I just got a new phone and this number calls me every day first thing in the morning, leaving a message for someone named Pamela. My name is most certainly not Pamela, and if it were, I would hope these were not the genitals I was born with.

I wish to pursue this slimy gutter trash right to his front door, so where can I find him and what is his first name, because I work late and can not have these early morning calls waking me up.

I just got a call from this number, they called my work and left a message under my voicemail stating they were Bank of Nova Scotia with a ext# and a ref#, called the number back and it said EOS NCN. I can't believe that they would call my work and impersonate the bank of nova scotia, and to call me and try to harass me. NOT RIGHT!!!!

yeah getting these calls to final notice and stuff , if I owed the Bank of Nova Scotia  any money after 15 yrs  wouldn't they have written me letters ect to let me know ? I never got 1 letter from them in 15 yrs, Does anyone have any suggestions how to deal with these idiot, and can these scammers get into your other bank accounts?   you can reply would be appreciated, these I believe are scammers

I got the same call

Non stop, called 2 times on some days and normally once every day excluding Sunday. Can't take time off and rest or even sleep in when you have time off because some bossicn company phones. Told them to stop calling and "it doesn't work that way" they claim.
I'm pressing harassment charges.

I got a call today and a voicemail was left behind.  The voice mail says,..
"Good morning. Very important message for **** ******** my name is Jonathan Yang. I'm calling from Pos Canada on behalf of Bank of Nova Scotia. This is pertaining to an outstanding matter which was recently forwarded to our office. Please do return  my call as promptly as possible. My number here is 18664499671 at extension **** when calling in please refer to your file number ********. My office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Ea..."

The voice mail cuts off there.

I will ignore this idiotic call, since this Jonathan Yang left the message to my mother who passed away 6 years ago.  This is my cell number and is under my name.  So, don't know how this snake got my number.  If they call again, I will definitely be giving them a call and a piece of my mind.

They are on my blocked list.  They keep calling long after the limitation  has expired.  One of these days I will be in the mood to have a not so nice conversation with them.

Hello. I am suffering the same relentless phone calls. Through my research I have found that this number relates to a company called EOS NCN INC. This company was established in Canada in 1964 and is credited with being an international debt collection agency, they buy debts and collect relentlessly with deep pockets and unthinkable access to resources you and I would go to jail for even talking about. This company not only collects for banks and service company's like cell phones and energy but collects international debts from whole countries. They work with and for every government agency in North America.  If your in a situation like I was where my debts were settled and still getting calls, this is a cyber error and is common place. The office that's calling and calling and calling is a bunch of party goers and drop outs for sure. This is a deliberate ploy to puss us off and make us do something about it. My husband had a sum of $250 taken from his bank account today for a loan payment. When he inquired about it with his bank they said it was from a collection agency for an outstanding loan. He told them that he had not authorized any such payment and hadn't even heard from this number. Nor has he ever received a letter in regards to his debt. They gave him a number to call and a file number. The person at the bank transferred him directly to the number but it was immediately disconnected on the other end. When he called that number it just rang and rang. I did a reverse number search and found this page saying this is a scam! So my husband was scammed out of $250 and the bank allowed it!
