Stop calling my number if your not going to say anything when answered.

I have been getting calls from this number multiple times per day, and when I answer, there is just hold music playing, no message that someone will be with you or anything else.  I always hung up after 20-30 seconds.

I finally called the number back, and an automated attendant answered and said that the next operator would be with me, and then played the music.  I held for a few minutes, and then someone answered and said that I had reached the "Customer Interaction Center."  When pushed a little about who I was calling, I basically discovered that it was a service retained by one of the car dealers I have my cars serviced at calling me to see if they could schedule my next service.  I plan on letting the dealer know that I don't appreciate the way they handle their calls.

This number has appeared the last few days.  I NEVER call back nor do I answer.  I also do not have VM set up; this usually keeps callbacks to a minimum.  DNC doesn't work either; I think THAT is a scam too, by hey ... .

Continually calls me day after day.  I called back and they are the Customer Interaction Center for Vandergriff Honda where I had my car serviced at several months ago.  They keep calling to try to set up further appointments despite the fact I no longer even live in the same state.

Apparently, if you state "Non-pact Manifesto" the caller is legally obligated to stop calling you. However, if you state "Non-Manifesto Pact" then the caller will transfer your call to Liberty Mutual in Streaton, IL. It is quite unacceptable.
