Called with no miranda.....no other legal description only you are being investigated for fraud etc etc please call ACS at 866-459-5948.......problem is ther are several ACS companies and here is the kicker if its the one in OK I know the family

Called my son's phone who is 14 and threaten to take his mom to jail  for not paying payday loan and  gave him my personal info, I took the phone from him when I asked to speak to the attorney,  she hung up. I have severe anxiety and don't appreciate their threats.

Call is from 'private number'. Says she is Megan Johnson with important confidential message for me. Then continues with how it's about a bad check with intent to be fraudalant. I need to contact the plaintive offices at 866-459-5948. If I don't I will be served at my place of employment or home.

I received two calls one from this number & one from a similar number. The lady changed her name this time she was miss parker this time. She says the same thing as above.

Just received a message from Megan Johnson looking to speak to my son about a bad check and breach of contract from a company called NES using a state issued ID. I looked up that company and it rents equipments for contractors and companies. Then she said to contact the plaintiff immediately to avoid a visit to work or home and left this number to call. When I called 866-459-5948 a recording said the the company is ACS and is a debt collecting agency. Neither I nor my son ever heard of these two companies and did not rent any such equipments. He is not a contractor or have any need to use such equipments. What is their problem?
