Just tried to call the number back and got a recording stating that they will remove phone number from calling list. There is also an option to speak with someone regarding phone calls.

Yes but when you try to speak to someone you get the "We are having technical difficulties, please try again in a few hours" message.  
I have called to remove my number 3 times and I am on the do not call list, I would like to find out the companies name if possible to file a formal complaint.

These people just called at 8:45 PM. They've called a few times. I don't know what they want. They haven't left a message. They just hang up. If it is important, then they should LEAVE A MESSAGE or DON'T CALL!!!!

They called again!!! They say, "we are calling on behalf of US Bank in the event of your death we have a program that will pay off your mortgage" and that is where I stopped them. They keep calling and will not stop until you answer the phone. After my call last night at 8:45 PM they called again and I finally answered just to find out who the heck it was. They never leave a message.

After somebody else reported calling them back, I tried it and got the message if you would like to be removed from our list push 1. Enter your phone number. But I still got another call. Don't know if it works but takes awhile. But it isn't immediate. HTH

I also have been getting these calls for weeks and they do not leave a message. I just tried the other guys idea and called them and put myself on their do not call list. I hope it helps.

We have been getting calls from this number since the first of this month. mostly in the evenings and never leaving a message.
Also got one call from 866-469-5354. Again leaving no message.

I have received numerous calls from 866.469.5351.  I called them back and it is a US Bank marketing number.  I was able to indicate that I no longer wanted them to call me reagarding their marketing materials and the automated voice advised I would be taken off their calling list with in the next 30 days.  We will see.

They constantly call.  I have answered every phone call and they hang up on me.  smart.

We get the same call..........US Bank asking for my husband and I'm tell them not to call again.  However, they keep calling!  I called back and did the same to have my number removed from their list.  Their message states it will take 30 days for it to be removed.  That's crap as I am a system software programmer and they could have it removed in less then a week!!  They just want another 30 days to hassle everyone!  There has got to be a way to report this bank.  Does anyone know who we contact?

everyday 2x a day, no message, this happens every year at this time, we start getting all the spam calls for ordering xmas stuff online, having to leave phone #, which some companies must be selling their info...  stinks...

It's US Bank, LLC. Calling 3x a day. Idiots. I called them back and got the option to be removed from their list. Entered the ## to be removed but I doubt they actually process the request. Don't they know they cr*p doesn't work. Makes me hate the company & refuse to do business with them.

The Do Not Call Registry does not apply if you are a current customer of the company that is calling you...so if you have any dealing with US Bank, they can call you.

Called several times - most of the time we do not pick-up. When we do, no one speaks on other line.

Although I don't answer the phone, they call me twice a day.  Looking at the notes on this website, it seems to be USBank.  Is that confirmed?
If so, should let our bank know about the annoying calls!
