Someone named Barbara called from this number (ext. 3039).  It was hard to understand what business was calling they spoke so fast that the name of the company etc. and the message were garbled.

I also have gotten numerous calls from 866-469-5724 GC Collection Agency. A supposed Cesar Figueroa has called me many times saying I owe $ money to SEARS and if I don't pay he will put me in jail. Like I don't know my rights. If GC is a real collection agency the most he could do is sue me if they own the alleged debt, but he said I owed it to SEARS well the best he could do is send it back to SEARS and say sorry customer won't pay. This is a rip off I have seen it everywhere do not fall for these predators, learn your rights.

These people even call your relatives home, and theaten to press charges agaisnt you for fraud. the nerve of these people. They need to wake and smell the coffee and look at the economy we are in. THOUSANDS of people WITHOUT JOBS. How do they expect you to pay.

A male told me he needed my email to help me look for a job at this site http://www.jsa.com and the site has this.  The domain jsa.com is for sale. To purchase, call BuyDomains.com at 781-839-7903 or 866-866-2700. Click here for more details.  Do NOT trust and have it in writing.  All of the use pretext also known as pretending.  He also said he unfroze my credit card.  This is an outright lie.  Why would I use that credit card if I am unable to pay.  He IS an outright liar and fraud.

This guy keeps calling .... a definite scam!  Very vague and persistant, wont say what he's calling about. Referenced out company????  AVOID, AVOID!!!!  You can tell it's a scam. Terrible how people try to take avantage of others in times like these!  BEWARE.

Llamaron de este número cobrando una cuenta de Sears.  Amenanzan con llevarte a corte.  Cometí el error de pagarle $50.  Tuve que colocar un Stop Payment a mi cuenta de banco porque sin mi consentimiento quisieron seguir descontando.  Por otra parte ahora no aparece quien cobró los $50 ya que no fueron adjudicados a la cuenta.  No hagan caso del número y digan que hablarán con su abogado y dejan de molestar por algún tiempo.  Me imagino hasta que contratan nuevo personal para tomarle el pelo a las personas.  Esta gente habla bien rápido, lo mismo en español y en Inglés y el nombre de la compañía casi ni se les entiende cuando lo dicen.  Las personas que llamán dicen ser licenciados.  Lo que no dicen es en qué son licenciados, aunque me imagino que son licenciados en fraudes.  Mucho cuidado.

This company keeps calling, speaking in spanish. I do NOT speak Spanish! I just moved to this state. My phone number is new to me. At no time could I guess at what the person was saying or speak to a real person!! I do not want to keep getting calls!!!!

My grand daughter answered the call. The female that called spoke quickly and neither her name or the company name could be understood.  When asked what the call was about she responded with an attitude if she would transfer the call or not?! She was asked re: what the call was about and there was silence in the line so my grand daughter hung up and dialed *69. She returned the call and a man answered who also didn't really identify himself but said it was an "ss collection" or something like that...she passed the call to my daughter who is 54 (I am 74) and the man transferred her to a woman who wouldn't identify herself. She retorted with arrogance and a bad attitude. So my daughter told her if she couldn't identify herself, she wouldn't be transferred unfortunately and asked this person not to call again. It was not a good experience, especially when the call came in at 7:40pm!

They also call from 407-510-1090. Probably because they figure if the number looks local, you're more likely to answer.

I recieve a call from a lady on thrusday august 1 at 6:42 pm for 24 seconds.  she spoke so fast that if I knew a males name. I respond quickly no i do not know that person, so she hangup so fast that i did not have the chance to ask anything.  So I call back today cause i was worry and the recorded leadme to Gc serverces.  She used just one part of the name correct.  So i indeed understood that something was wrong.  I enterd the internet and put - GC 866 469-5724, and got this page.  Please be carefull given out your personal inf.  Do not fall, hear carefull and do not repond, but yet make lots of questions.  I am from P. They called me from this number, the person claims that my mother owed ​​$ 600.00 to a credit card from First Bank/Kmart account ... What? ... my mother?...she is retired and lives with my brother! ... the man insisted that he had an outstanding balance and threatened to take her to court. When I tell him.."ok, take her to the court", then he change the tone of his voice and try to convince me to make an arrangement, "for the good sake of my mother" he trying to convince me to give a credit card number or an account number to discount payment;  he was so insistent that I just gave him my P.O. Box number and ask him  to send me the papers which prove the debt and I told him, I would consult with my mother and I would return the call. By consulting with my mother, she informed me that 15 years ago she cancel the balance of that card...that card does not exist!!. They keep calling looking for my mother ... really they are persistent!  I looking for the number in google to see if it actually they existed and I found this page ... I am relieved not have given more information ... but they keep calling and sending letters, without sender, of course! ...I'm from P.R.... Be careful, do not be fooled... Fraud!

On 14 Oct 2013, 1726 hr, received call from a woman calling her self Evelyn Martinez, asking for my son and his ex wife.  She demand payment for some account, but I told her that my son 's ex wife live in Japan and my son is very sick from his tour of duty during the Irak war.  She say no more and hanged up.  Everything I said to her is correct with regard to my son and ex wife but be aware of this people. I'm from Puerto Rico.

This lady called my mother's home phone, left a message asking me to called them and left her phone #1-866-469-5724 ext.3039.  I called the next day and a guy answered saying try to called after 12:00 pm.  So I did he answer the phone again and this time he is asking me, if I live at this Address and started naming several ones, and then asking if my last social were ####, so finally I told him to f#### off. so this is a scam.

A Spanish lady called and said she is calling to collect a debt I told her the info she is giving me about me is wrong and not to call this number again

Keep getting calls from a Company named GC Services, someone name Juan Medina; he wants to talk to Raul which I have not seen in years. I would like this calls to stop in all forms. This individual calls at all times disregarding the hours and day; he'll be calling at 8:00AM, 2:00AM and10:00PM. I Would like this annoying calls to stop. I will get in contact with the US District Attorney to see what I can do to stop these people from calling at all times of the day and night.

Hello,I have received a few calls  from the telephone number 866-469-5724 asking for me about a debt collection .I dont have any debts with this company and I told them about it and they keep calling.I  dont want this people to keep calling me .I have my phone just to used it in case of an emergency.Please do something for me.Thank you

I have received a few calls from this phone number also, saying that I owe for a payday loan from three years ago she say her name is Barbara something really can't understand her, and ask will I please call back at 866-469-5724 Ext 3038. Really tired of them call my cell and job phone.
