Claim against me no further info

They have been harassing me calling 3-4 times back to back about a claim against.  Which I know I don't the same thing has happened to others I know.  It's like they call to see if they can scare you to get your information.

They have been calling me about a claim that they say I have leave me alone

So at 8:30 in the morning they literally called back to back 4 times in a row within less than 2 minutes. The guy who left me a voicemail came off almost threatening. He said they have verified my employment and address. This isn't even possible because I am very new at my job. So I decided I would call the number, it gives you a recording to press the extention of the party(which you don't get) or 0 for the next available representative. So I pressed 0 and guess what, the recording voice is the same as the lady who answered, 1st sign obviously a small place. I asked "what kind of business is this" I get "its atlas" and "what do you do at atlas?" "ma'am, I don't know what you mean" "like what kind of work is done, are you a debt collector, a bank? retail? what kind of business do you do? "
"I can't give out any information without a claim number" "well sorry but I cant give a claim number without any information" and then click, hung up on me. I would assume it is some kind of scam where they will verify your info and use it for something, like obscene charges on your phone or something of the sort.

Received a call  an unnamed gentlemen from "Atlas" he stated he had to verify my information in order to proceed with my claim. I stated I have never heard of such a company and he apologized and proceeded to transfer me to somebody who was authorized to inform me of what was going on. I hung up a started to Google the company on my own. I then immediately received another phone call from the same number and sent it to voicemail. The gentleman left a message without stating his name or company and stated that he needed to speak with me "in order to verify my "claim. If I did not participate, the law allows him to  my information from my references." He gave me a claim number and told me to call the office back immediately. Based on my research this is  scam intended to steal your identity and open up businesses and other accounts within the US and overseas. Do not answer any of their questions.

They have been calling my job threathing me about some claim. They are not willing to send me a hard copy of what I supposedly owe. They are nothing but lyin g scammers.

I just received the same call not to long ago.. They are really starting to become irritating.. They called Monday saying they was a Mediating group then today your Atlas... Like what the heck is going on?!?!

Some lady called and said how would u like too resolve this matter in collecting a debt from a online loan company. I told her have been out of work for 3 years no loan place will even bother with u without employment. Then she said best wishes to me and hung up in my face. STRAIGHT SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from a gentleman name Jamie Sulsa stating about a claim against me but did not tell me the company from which he is calling however the news states that anyone calling you like this it is better not to answer the call it is a scam.

The law does not allow them to share any info number one. These are scammers. I get these calls every 6 months out of the blue. They have threatened physical harm to family members and FBI was informed. Was told eventually people like this would be stopped but we need to file a claim each time they call. Its time consuming but will help in the big picture. Dont ever give in. For someone to take on a job like that to scam people and make threats shows the type of person who is calling you is and they must be miserable in their own life to do this to innocent people and will go to any length. Be strong and it will pass.

I started receiving calls from this person at atlas.  only says about a claim.  I am sick of these calls at work or home.  These people have to be stopped.  I am going to my states attorney and give his office the numbers i've been getting calls from, like this other number 716-362-3196.  These calls just started and the 716 number wanted me to give him credit card number to pay off a loan, what loan.  I told him to  
talk to my attorney.
