Dale Martin - 12 Apr 2008Calls us daily about my daughter and son in laws debt. A Mike majeski is the name(probally fake) Gets real abusive with my wife.Calls my daughters neighbors and threatens to call others including his employer.

Compound - 22 Apr 2008YES! A Dave Majeski called me from the same number wanting me to call a family member and to have them call. I was trying to inquire as to how they received my number, and why they didn't just call directly. Extremely rude and incorrigible....
Asked to speak to someone else---this person was worse! She told me that i clearly had personal issues and no life because i took the call! It was a ridiculous interaction, and i am somewhat relieved (although horrified) that other people have encountered this.....

Shauna - 5 May 2008Miss Scott was very rude. When i told her that i could not receive calls at work she tried to tell me it was the only number she had for me and to give her another. i told her again that i couldn't talk at work and if she would like to speak with my supervisor that i would get him. She told me to transfer her to HR. When my supervisor got to the phone to tell her i couldn't receive calls at work she had hung up.

Helping Hand - 23 May 2008Verification of employment and/or garnishment of wages is very common now a days when collecting a debt. Banks have figured out how to get the money back that is owed (revolving or not). Most of the time the collector is trying to give you a final chance to handle on your own before the paperwork goes through to them. By the way it is legal in EVERY state for them to call your work. Helping Hand - 24 Jun 2008No the name isn't fake. His (REAL) name is Dan Majewski. He helped me with one of my accounts I became delinquent on. I saved $10,000!!! My bill was $75,000 and they took all the interest and late fees off as well as some of the charges. I cant say enough good things about all who work there. Everyone needs to stop with the negative attitudes toward the individuals trying to collect YOUR DEBT! Hope this helps...

James - 2 Oct 2008Right - got a call from them also regarding my son and daughter-in law. I asked them (someone named: Leanne) - wouldn't tell me anything of what it's about. I didn't want to call my son and ask him what's going on ... he'd tell me if he wanted.
All in all - they were short, abrupt, wouldn't give out who they are - she just said it was a financial institution ... tried a reverse look-up with no results. Any financial institution would be found that way. This way I just Googled the phone number and go this site.
