- Credit One is a scam| 9 repliesI got 4 calls from this number within 2 hours. It is Credit One. I am reporting them to the FTC & my AG for violations of the fair trade act. They are not allowed to harrass so if you are getting multiple calls in a day you need to report them.

- RebeccaSame number has called me 15 times in the last 8 hours! It's over a $30 balance on a credit that I merely overlooked that was only 5 days late. Instead of leaving a message they just keep calling every 45 min to an hour. Just got the 16th call after I paid it and called them with confirmation.

- AnnoyedI answer calls at a busy executive suite office (for 18 businesses). This number recently started calling on average 10 times per day. Every time I answer no one is there. I finally called the number back and told the representative to stop calling me. He said "well, obviously, someone at your business put this number down as a work number". Yes. Obviously. Unless you are going to tell me who it is so I can put you through to the correct office, stop calling me.
He told me he put the number on the do not call list. However....the calls are still coming in all day long. It needs to stop. - AlicaI need this number to stop calling me I have a baby it's annoying
- ShellieGetting calls all day, at least 15 to my home, cell and work line. This is harrassment. I pick up and no one answers. Obviosly, a dialer calling.

- LmaoIt's become somewhat comical to me that this number is continuously calling.... Under the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) they actually have the right to call as much as they want, since the account is not in collections. So, on the bright side, as long as they are calling, it has not been turned over to collections :) just pay what you can once a week online until below the credit limit and the calls will stop. I work nights and sleep during the day, so I have my phone on silent. When I get up I normally have at least 17 calls by 5pm.... They call until 9p at night.... However, Once you pay below your credit limit, the calls will stop, but not the same day.

- Jan| 1 replyI had called Credit One to let them know my payment of a whopping $25 was going to be late. It was then that the 15 calls per day began from this number. And it can be reported because it falls under the category of repeatedly using the phone number to annoy while not identifying themselves and also since they hang up when you answer, they are only calling to annoy. I wrote a cease and desist letter and sent certified mail. In that letter it also states that once I track the receipt thru the USPS that they received it in their P.O. Box, the calls must stop immediately or I will report them to the Federal Trade Commission (https:/www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov) and the Attorney General from that state I live in. Both of these websites have a checkbox to list this as a complaint. They have made it so I can't even turn the ringer on my phone between 8 a.m and 9 p.m. Calling and speaking with them to let them know they'd have the full payment on the card in two weeks???? They insist if you don't have the money NOW that you need to go out and borrow it? Nice company. I realize the loss of a job and having no money is my responsibility, but they don't need to go about collecting in this manner when you already decided on terms.
