I answer the phone and no one replies.  I would like to know what this business is and the the wrongful practices it has.

The number belongs to z Credit One Bank.  I called them back this morning and I actually talked with someone.  They wanted my SSN and I said I was not giving them my number because I do not have an account with them.  I told them to take my number off of their list.

This number occupies most of my incoming and missed calls. So annoying already. Is there a way to block this number?

It's Credit One Bank and they are debt collecting.  This number is for those behind of their cc payments.

Sometimes you can go into your contacts (recent call list) and press on the number and hold it and a box will pop up asking if you want to block the number.  Some sites like Sprint, you can do it online by logging into your billing account.

Just got a phone call claiming that I owed money.

They've called before, as I don't know this number I don't answer it but finally blocked this # today.

Getting calls from this # several times a day, answered once and no one said anything. I've no idea who this is or why they call....VERY ANNOYING!!!!

Credit One Bank.  They also call from spoofed local numbers.  I've tracked 5 repeated calls that have my local area code and it is these scumbags.  I filed a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General's office for harassing phone calls and filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau showing all the missed calls from various numbers.  They never state who they are.  They just call and call and call.
