Got a call no answer.  I called back and cant understand the person answering the phone, so can't tell what they wanted with their call.   I said can't understand and there was just silence.

Annoying! Several times a day this number calls and when I answer there is nothing.

Call is from Allied Interstate LLC, a collection agency

I am getting 2-3 calls per day from this number. Called the number back - it's a collection agency (Allied Interstate LLC) for my ex. Agent sounded like they were in India.

2nd call in last hour....i don't owe any collection agencies.......

I get 3-4 calls a day: Always 8:03am is the 1st one, and the last one is 7:57pm. The others happen at noon, and sometimes 4pm. How long does this last before they give up? How can we get them to stop calling.

Consider buying a call blocker also. Either a phone or device, though the devices have a higher call block capacity so far.

We don't answer calls with no real name (this one is just "toll free"). They called kinda late, and did not leave a message.

bottom feeders trying to collect on closed loans and such

collection agency trying to collect on some loan i had like 20 years ago. wow what a stretch! good luck with that one! life goes on and so should you collection people. i always wonder what do these people get out of trying to collect a loan from so long ago. they dont get any money so they must lose a lot trying to collect something that no one ever pays on. do some people really pay these things> usually i just pick the phone up and hit the mute button so i can listen to whats going on at the other end. they usually sit for a bit then just hang up. i love wasting their time. its funny to mess with them.

This company whoever they are called my work which I think is a law breaker. Anyway no one on the other end so I hung up called the number back and the person answering I could hardly understand probably anot scam .

Allied Interstate LLC collection agency want you to verify info they have on file first (don't do it!!) so they can bother you.

Same here. And this is a business.  Multiple calls like this per day from this number.

I laugh at this caller been calling me at odd times and most of the time when I'm not home. Just called the number today and it just rang and rang. Looked up the number and came across this page. So I decided to call it again and now magically its no longer in service.

somebody called and said they wanted to talk to so and so .  I asked who is calling they said there name and said they were a business but would not tell me the name of their company. I think that is weird. I told them they had the wrong number.

Just got a call and he was definitely from India. Had to ask 3 times to repeat. I said I wasn't that person never heard of them and had this number quite a while and remove me now it's a cell phone number and you don't have my permission to call it. They insisted I know the person I said an informing you this call from my end is being recorded so I can get a lawyer for harassing wrong person so just Luke you informed me we were being recorded I'm doing the same. He said sorry will remove good bye lol. Geez and truthfully it was not my name not even part of my name.

A few times a year they call a lot.  They are calling for a person I have never heard of.  The woman who called this morning sounded like she had an Asian accent.  I keep telling them there is no such person at this number and to remove it from their list.  I have never heard of the person they are trying to contact.   Here we go again.  I will have to start noting that they called and when and file ANOTHER complaint, which seems to do nothing re. the Do Not Call List, which we are on.   This time of year around the holidays, they seem to call at least daily if not more.  I see it might be a collection agency from the other posts.  I have also been contacted by law enforcement looking for the person who had my number before I did.  Dammit.
