Have had repeated phone calls multiple times a week for over a year with an automated recording with questions about prescription drugs. You must respond to asked questions by pressing digits before it will transfer to a live operator in order to find out who they are. I have asked to be removed from their call list many times. Registered for Do Not Call registry 6 months ago. Have filed complaints online each time they call but they are still at it as of today.

Very long recorded message about healthcare costs. Then questionaire about prescription drug costs and medicare coverage. Call transferred to recording repeating I was next caller over and over. After 4 minutes waiting a male answered as Pacific Health operator 3874. Told him to remove my number from list. Advised I was reporting call to donotcall.gov for repeated violations. This company calls me multiple times a week despite asking them not to call and to remove me from their list many times. My number is listed in the do not call registry but they don't care.

I also continue to get calls and am now proceeding to the steps advised by consumerist and taking them to small claims court.  Last time I asked for a copy of their do not call policy and they hung up on me.  That is a violation of the law and I am filing.  Document every call you get from them and you can get a settlement for each one here is a link
