I continue to receive voice mails from this number, all I can make out is debt collection.  I have NOTHING IN COLLECTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is extremely annoying.

I have received several calls from 1-866-483-8593 with the name of "unknown" in caller_id. They hang up when I answer. Don't know who or why they are calling? Not sure where to report this type of annoyance?

I received 1 telephone call from them today.  They do not leave a message at all.  Have no idea who they are.

I too have received SEVERAL calls from this number. Everyday day at exactly the same time they call.

I receive recorded messages from this number, all I can make out is debt collection from a Ms. Simpson.  It does not state my name and makes reference to a letter for collection that they have sent, which I'm yet to receive and probably never will!!!!!!!I have NOTHING IN COLLECTIONS, I OWE NOTHING EXCEPT NEXT MONTH'S UTILITIES, UNTIL THE BILL GETS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is extremely annoying.

another phone call left recorded message, they say dept collections, I don't owe and did not call back. Wish they would get cought. (they also said any information they collect or ask would be used for the debt collection purpose) I BET.

2nd time received phone call debt collection.

called my number and left a message saying that they were debt collectors. when i called the number (without giving my name) they told me that the system had probably mis-dialed my number.

Called them back and they told me that they were looking to collect a debt from somebody (they gave me her name and address...not even the same county were I live!). I did npt gave then any information other than my phone number... They say they will remove me from the list... Let's see.

I received a automated call, I called to identify what this was about, I was given information they are helping businesses negotiate with each other.  I was not aware I was having a business problem, as I am a private party.  It seems suspicious.  I called back and asked what their company does, A man awnswered and then hung up on me!  I think this is a scam.  I tried to find out about them on line and there is no information.

This phone number is from a collection agency called ic systems. They are extremely rude. Good phone call to get if you're in a bad mood and need to vent ;)

Keep getting calls from 866-483-8593.  I called them back and it is ic systems, whatever that is.  Come to find out someone named Leslie had this number previously.  they were to remove the number.

I got my second call from them today...  Tried to call back, but just got silence.  I guess I'll wait for their next call...

They kept calling me and I wasn't the person they were looking for. I advised them to stop calling me. 64378 St Paul Minnesota 55164 IC Systems is their name. They have no morals. I told her that I was the consumer that they were looking for, but yet though and still they kept calling me. Write them a letter and tell them to stop. If they don't, you can get 1,000 dollars from them for violating FDCPA laws.

this number is definitely IC Systems a debt collection agency.

tired of this and this time I called back they want information all it seems (didn't give it_) seems to me they would have all the information they if they were a true debt collection agency.  I DO NOT OWE ANYONE!!!

Put your name on do not call list 888-382-1222 if they call again just tell them you are on the do not call list and not to call again then if they do report them to the SCC.
