i got this call and i dont even have telus anything, i think its cause of this new stupid 10 digit dialing with the same area code in bc, freaking retards should just add more area codes so crack addict telus dont call bell customers

Heard music in the background: "I love you just the way you are..."  After 3 hellos, and hearing no answer, I hung up.

It seems totally BOZOID for a company the stature of Telus to employ or hire  a sub agent that results in the "Dead Air" call that is so offensive. My counter to these sub standard calls is to wait the count of three, say "SPEAK" and if there is more dead air simply hang up.

Another dead air call from Telus. Either it's account status, collections, tech support call back or other contact issue. While it's awesome that it's so easy to find out that it's Telus using this line. There shouldn't be this many dead air calls. Telus, either hire competent people to do the calls or use a service that doesn't result in the recipient saying "Hello? Hello?.... Helloooo?....... Hello!" * faint background music* then *click*
