- sharrthomGot a call from this number on 9/25/13, no message left.. Whenever they don't leave a message and there is no name or even city reference I can only assume they are a telemarketer..

- Steve| 1 replyIs such a scam!!! Pretty sure this company changes their number often because they should have a ton more posts. Kept missing the call so I called back. Pressed 1 for booking a vaca. Because I knew I would get an answer right away and "Aaron" kept answering. Yet he had a different voice every time. I had to keep calling because I kept getting hung up on every time I tried to remove my number. Then they actually told me I was harrassing them at work. Wow. Stay away. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!

- KC replies to SteveJust received a call, mentioned an all inclusive Cancun vacation offer.
- Sage Breslin| 1 replyWe actually booked our Cabo vacation through BookingVIP.com and after a long and arduous process, got our reservation and paid our money. We flew in last night, only to discover that our reservation at Dreams Resort was no where to be found :( After hours on the phone and internet we are unable to reach anyone and are now stuck in Mexico without a hotel room. Hoping that our credit card company will reverse the charges, but after staying here for one night, we can hardly afford to stay anywhere else... What a nightmare!!!

- susan15| 2 repliesReceived a call from this number. When I picked up, no one was there. After reading the other posts on this site, I realize it was probable connected with a vacation search I had tried to do last night on the internet. I had tried to book a vacation through bookvip.com but their site came up as unsecured for credit card info on my pc. So then I called. Received no help there when I tried to book two rooms. They said only one room could be booked, even though the other 2 travelers were traveling separate from us, even from a state 8 hours away from ours and even if we used different credit cards. How strange. The girl (with an Indian accent, I believe), then stated no more rooms were left, but I noticed the sale was still available the next day. After reading about how a guest used them and then was stranded in Mexico with no room and no refund, I think I will avoid this "deal" with a ten foot pole. And I guess now my phone number has been sold.

- Jake| 1 replyI just got a call from this number after looking at their website last night. I had to ask the guy to inform me of who he was and where he was calling from. He told me and we talked about booking a trip. He told me that I would need to take a 90 minute tour of the hotel on my 3rd day there and that was the only stipulation. I know from reading about this website that he is talking about selling me on a timeshare. I just don't know why he would not just tell me that upfront. He treated me as if I was an idiot, and I am not too fond of that. He also asked me some "qualifying" questions about my age, income and how long my girlfriend and I have lived together. I see from other posts on the internet that this may be a big waste of my time and I do not want to have my vacation ruined by a horrible experience like not having a reservation after arriving there, then trying to get my money back from them. Guess I will just fork out the money to stay at a place without the great deal!

- juan| 1 replyThis number keeps calling both me and my wife after trying to reserve this trip. I would just rather pay for my trip than deal with a head ache for time share. Don't buy a time share it's a waste of money to help cover their cost for maintaining the hotel. You have to pay 1000 every year for taxes and maintain fees to cover your time share on top of what is financed.
- Jalapeno On a StickI get spooked by these guys and unfortunately, I have to deal with them because I booked a timeshare vacation through them. They ARE legit - we met others who booked with them. In fact, the resort we are going to, we started with a Living Social deal. Met other people there who came through these timeshare guys. So they are legit. But they dont leave messages or call back numbers and that makes them seem shady. I would never buy the time share but these guys apparently do this type of marketing for a lot of resorts. I see their ads all the time and even tho they annoy me, i always stop and look at the latest deals they set up.

- Ray Miller replies to Sage BreslinYour nightmare nearly happened to me too but I called the resort after checking baggage in at airport to verify pick up at the airport and was told I didn't have a reservation! I immediately retrieved our luggage and started making calls. Resorts Vacation International will never get my business!
- florida replies to susan15Same here and they won't stop calling...
- Anonym| 1 replyThis number - 866-490-0044 - is calling me every day. Unwanted call.
- Susan m| 2 repliesGot a call from them on my cell, which I rarely give out. I was told that i had inquired previously about an intentional vacation. I told them I had not and I wouldn't have given out my cell number. I told him that I was confused and he actually was quite nice and apologized and that was the end of the call.

email: fccinfo@fcc.gov - Patrick| 1 replyI have called these hotels in Gatlinburg TN and they seemed to be on the up and up but after I paid with my debit card they later informed me that I must bring a major credit card, I canceled after that and they said I would receive my money back within 5 to 10 days, that has been three weeks ago. I have tried to get in touch with them but they keep giving me the run around. I am about to turn this matter over to my attorney.

- Brett replies to PatrickPatrick....go to your bank and file a dispute. You have the right to have your money being returned. Have all the info available with you if possible: anything written you can bring with you, date your requested to cancel and name/# of person you spoke with, if you remember. I would also cancel your debit card and get a new one reissued. Sorry you went through that experience....
