A pharmacy tiring to sell prescription drugs unknown origin of caller, would not give details

The caller ID only lists 866-490-3308.  Usually I hustle to the phone only to have n o one pickup on the other end.  In the past it has been a drug company trying to selldrugs.  Presently I have this on hold while I type this.  He claims to be from Health Benefits.  Also claims I have order from him in 2006, 2007, and April 2008.  In actuality I have never done business with them.  I asked him not to call here anymore and he started quoting prices on weight-loss medication.

I would like these calls to stop, but don't really know how to make them stop. The man tells me that i have ordered a package and i have not. They call several times a day and it is driving my husband crazy. Help!!!!

The FTC & FCC can't do anything about them, but the FBI & DEA might. These callers from this number, which is spoofed, are using VOIP to call from Singapore & Malaysia. They work for a very unsavory character out of Singapore named Nurhull Chee, who deals speed over the Internet as "weight loss medication," along with other drugs like Soma and Prozac. It's illegal, and it's also a scam, since what they are really after is the credit card number which they will repeatedly charge until it is canceled. I tell them that I am required by law to notify them that the call is being recorded for the purpose of law enforcement, since their call is a violation of HIPA and also potentially of DEA laws, and that ends the call pretty quickly.

Called the FTC @877-382-4357 and received a recorded message.  Your number doesn't work so well but 866-490-3308 claims to be a company called Health Benefits.  They have called me four times this week and constantly over the last three years.  Hope someone takes some action against these people. -Jim  (Montana)

They keep calling and calling and will not stop

I am having the same issue as everyone else.  My husband decided to start calling them every minute of the hour and I mean literally.  They would answer we would just harass them or just hang up after they continually say may I help you.  We did this none stop for about three hour. They started getting tired of us calling and asked us can they please remove our number.  Even after their request we would just call them back.  They finally beg us to please stop calling and they promise to remove our number.  I will post in about a week just to see how this works.  The names of the personal that I talk to are Jessica, Frank, Marvin and Cisco.  If they are calling you bug the crap out of them you will see how fed they get.  At one point they said “it is rude for me to call them and not say anything” I thought wow that is a good one.  Maybe if we all bug them as they have bugged us, it will stop.

Male caller asking if ordered 37.5 phentermine & he is from the shipping department & wants to confirm shipping & billing information & payment information which I've never received a call from the pharmacy that I do use asking for that information, they'll usually confirm the information. They never ask for credit card information over the phone. I probed the caller for more information such as an order # or prescription # but he kept saying oh it's ok, it's ok, I'm with the pharmacy.  So asked for his name & number and told him I'd call him back but I wasn't giving any pmt info over the phone. Said his name was Danny & same # calling from 866-490-3308, he called a total of 7x's. Also I overheard a conversation when I put him on hold of someone saying they didn't know who he was & to stop calling.

they kept calling my mom so i called to speak to a supervisor and the man asked me if i wanted to hold for the supervisor,call back, or give them my number. I told them i would hold for the supervisor then he told me it was corporate laws for him to get my number and call me back. i told him i worked for a call center and that wasnt corp. laws then he tried to act like he was the supervisor then when i told him that i wasnt that stupid he hung up on me. me and my husband called a lot of times with them telling us that the supervisor has left and calling me a "STUPID" customer. who are these people? how do we get them to stop?? ive tried threating them with lawsuits and they just hang up!they tried to give me a customer service # which just rings and goes to the operator on a machine.

They took my money for weight loss medication phentermine 37.5 and never delivered the medication.  I ordered from them before and no problem; however; they call at all hours and all the time. For example, if I order today they will call back an hour later and want me to place another order.  They call constantly and now they have stopped since they have my money and haven't delivered.  Their other phone numbers are unavailable now too. 866-908-8233 and 866-216-3842 are their other phone numbers and they both now have a recording that says "All circuits are busy.  Will you try your call another time."  This recording has been going on for 3 weeks and it has been 5 weeks since they took my money and didn't deliver.  I have ordered before from them and there was no problem other than the harrassing phone calls....which will drive a person insane.  I have filed a fraud report with my banker against this company and I encourage anyone else who has the same issue to do the same.  I have a friend who lost a little over $500.00 to them for medication orders and they haven't delivered and I am assisting her in recovering her money thru her banker.  Hopefully, we will get them behind bars soon.  Apparently they change numbers often and move around alot. Please file a fraud report with your banker if you have also been a victim of this scam which entails a pre-paid merchandise sale resulting in non-delivery of your pre-paid purchase.  When I tried to resolve 2 numbers were no longer receiving incoming calls to both lines listed above.  Then the rep was no longer available...on vacation.  Then I was told the pharmacy went out of business and 200 clients were in the same boat as me.  Then I was told I would get my merchandise if I paid another payment as before.  I could go on and on as they did but bottom line is they took the money and ran.  They have no intention of returning my money or giving me the prescription paid for over a month ago.  I have filed fraud charges with my banker today and hope anyone out there that needs to do the same will too.

I also get this number calling almost every day to my cell phone trying to get me to buy from their on line pharmacy--always sounds like an overseas call & they always have a heavy accent.

I have been receiving calls for several months now. I have requested that they stop, as I am on the do not call list.  The person on the other end has an accent and asked for me by my full name.  HELP

just like everyone elses story. Does anyone have an address for them or the VOIP company? I am close to filing a harressment lawsuit against them,and the VOIP company.

I called FTC and you should too if u havent already. We all need to report these crazy people.
