Scam phone call center.  Message says to say (yes or no after the chime)  no other message or identification.

Alleged call from Secure Horizons. Message says to say yes or no, then says to call with information about my account.

Call was obviously from from a computer – machine, by the sound of the voice. Said this is Secure Horizons United Health Care calling with information about your account. Is this ...? Please say yes or no. Went on and repeated again. Also giving this number to call back 866-491-5940 and this extension 2609265. Sounds like a Identity Theft Scam to me. Did not call back.

Scam phishing calls made by automatic dialing equipment with pre-recorded voice message, received on 9/6, 9/13 and 9/20/2007.  Calls try to ask for UHC account information. Caller ID reports "TollFreeNumber". According to AT&T, the calls originated from 866-491-5940.  This number is registered to a telemarketing scam outfit called Voxeo Corporation, in Orlando, Florida.  Calls back to 866-491-5940 ask you to input a 9-digit box number.  No operator or attendant is present on calls received or calls back to 866-491-5940.
