Collection company representing American Express.  If you have an opportunity to speak with Mr. Eagleshan at extension # 3835, have some fun with him.  The guy is a total @sshole and only seems to have one option in his head for resolving debt, and that's Bankruptcy.  I was so shocked, that I opted to call up Amex directly and inform them that this was the protocol their outsourced companies were implementing.  Perhaps their agents still get paid if they can lead someone to go down such a route?

French Lady Called with urgent message about some file.  Collection agency (Bottom Dwellers).  Did not return call.  Instead I found this number on the internet.
