received a call for an employee today.  caller advised that they had very good news for an employee and could they please speak with them.  when declined, they immediately asked if someone could contact the employee at home and relay the "good news".  left the above number with instructions to ask for Jay from SRS & Associates

Received a call from SRS. Took message for my sister. I informed the caller that my sister has filed bankruptcy. The caller from SRS got mad and said "Why would you tell me that"- Mrs. D. Shields.

These people keep calling my job and asking to speak to me. I'm a teacher and can't be called to the phone, so they leave messages saying the call is urgent.

My step dad received a call on his cell phone saying that I had listed him on an application and they wanted me to call them because they wanted to make sure I was not blindsided. Gave a case number.  Tried to call them back and I got an answering machine.  I have no idea what they are talking about?

These people called my step dad on his cell phone and told him to have me call them so that i wont be blindsided.  I don't know what the hell they are talking about.  I returned the call and left a message.  But I did not get a call from them and I don't know how they got my step dads phone number.

Left messages only on my cell phone, not on landline. Intimated in messages that "events were going to take place" and wanted my input, "want your opinion" about a certin "situation", in my "best interest" to give a call back as "there is no telling what will happen if you don't". Tone of voices sounded vaguely threatening. Spoke so fast it was hard to get message - finally after listening 4 or 5 times I picked up "SRS Accociates".

Got three calls from SRS & Assoc., they leave 866-500-9832 as their call back number. Their operator answers. I attempted to obtain their address, she gave me 1173 East L-- Rd.

Unfortunately her inability to speak clearly didn't allow me to catch that address. I attempted to ask her for it again but she bagan to question me. I calmly asked for it 4 times, she refused to answer my question. The 80 S Main Rd Ste 112 address on the net isn't their address according to this person.

A woman named jessica employed by srs & ass. called me and left a rude and undetailed message on my home phone. She stated that it was very imparitive that I return her call today regarding a matter that once rendered it can not be reversed. She also stated she was calling on behalf of her clients which she gave no name.

I received a voice mail message at my job from a 'supposedly' Frank Shapiro (?) from a 'supposedly' Mark Weinberg's ofc. He proceeded to say that there is pending civil matter that required my attention. He then had a bunch of other jibberish about being in the state of CA. He left a case number and mentioned he didn't want me to be blindsided. Whatever he said made no sense to me as he left me a contact #866-500-9832.
I called the number just to see what they were going to say and a women picked up answering S & R Associates. What kind of company are they? Beware!

I just received a call from a Jessica Johnson at my job.  How they got my job number is beyond me.  She left a phone number 866-500-9832 with and extension of 117.  When I asked her about it she said it was something regarding an application and recommendation.  I haven't applied for anything recently; so I have no idea what they are talking about.  After reading this I will not return the call.

I think I have made a grave mistake. I want everyone to know,last year I took out a payday loan online through Rapid Cash For You, nothing wrong with the company I guess, I couldnt pay it back when I should have. This year I got a phone call & letter telling me how to pay off & get rid of this debt through P.N. Financial & Associates,PH:877-588-6671. I paid them off on 7-14-09, at P.N., I was relieved, untill yesterday. I get a phone call from SRS Associates, claiming I owed on my Rapid Cash Acct. that I just paid off. I had other payday loans, I thought this was ok. I set up payment, gave bank info. Today is Saturday 8-15-09, I recieved my letter of release from P.N. Financial, I will have to close my bank account, to stop SRS from taking my money. I dont know who these people are, they are good on the phone, I do not know how much public info is shared, I do not have a letter from them and I will always ask for one in the future, If this business is truly liget then they will not become upset when you ask for a letter with their address and phone number and any legal notification. I made a major mistake,thinking of the wrong CO. that I paid off. Be Aware!!!

2 months ago i got a call from a Miss Ling at S@R Associates today recieved a call from an Amy Renolds at S@R associates same lady same voice this people will stop at nothing to get you to pay and are very rude.

Recently I spoke with Mark Weinberg, the legal counsel for the firm, not only did he explain to me very thoroughly the legalities, he offered me the right to settle, I just cleared a $9000 credit card debt for $4000, he not only waived the court and attorney fees, he went back and fully exonerated my credit, I just capitalized and brought my first house. Thank you Mark, I can't express that enough. Sometimes we have to hold accountable.

It is way too obvious that the above poster is posting on behalf of SRS...total BS I'm sure.

LAUGHS.  In this day and age people who have difficulty paying debts are not ignorant or stupid, but victims of the economy.  The economy has thus created blood thirsty scam artists that prey on the innocent.  I love doing the research on these fly by night operations and then busting them.  It gives me great joy to out the individuals behind the company name and in turn a greater pleasure when I give that information to the general public to make the most of the opportunity.

SRS and Associates are a scam!!!!!!!!!  I got a call from some guy named Frank Sapurio.  Tried to feed some legal mumbo jumbo, when he finally got to the reason he called, he said I was being sued for Breach of Contract, bank fraud, blah blah blah with Citifinancial.  I smelled a rat right away and told him he was full of bull and I called Citifinancial myself and let them know some scum bag was scamming using their name.  I have filed paper work at my local police department.  If they call again I will hand them their ass in a sling.  Do not even answer their calls!  SCAM SCAM SCAM

Do you really expect people to believe this????? It is as stupid as your phone calls. Get your legal information together before you try to intimidate people. You obviously work for this scumbag company and I hope you all get what you deserve
Jail time and alot of it

I keep receiving calls fromm this company with threats of lawsuits.They even call my work stating that they need to talk to me about an important legal matter. This is against the law and they think that just because they say legal matter I'm going to call back. Debt collecters can not use threats against you to get payment. They say I have to call by the end of the day or in this latest case Linda Gray's desision is final. I've heard that several times. Since I am fileing Bankruptsy I've informed my lawyer of this company. They don't like to hear you use bankruptsy and get very nasty when you do. Don't let them scare you into making a payment. Also never give out your banks routing number and your checking account number. Tell them you will only send payment through western union or by mail this will stop them from scamming your account

Got a call to at work from them. Said legal matter and I should return call by monday of legal process will happen.  I have no Idea why they are calling Left case # and everything.
