- harassed by unknown| 8 repliesCall all the time, day or night on Sundays and whenever. On occasion will leave message but is always a person with a foreign accent and I cannot understand what he or she is saying. I do not know what they want. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize.
- mccloud| 1 replyCaller: NCO FINANCIAL SERVICES/ COllections
Calls several times a week without leaving message most times, and the last time we actually were home to answer, explained we were not the party in question but they still continue to call ... I believe this is called harrassment, but apparently Senator Clinton and others I have written about this type of New York based collection company are more interested in their PAC money from these guys rather than doing something about them....- Caller: NCO FINANCIAL SERVICES/ COllections

- Harassed in MichiganThese people don't know when to give up! They have called and hung up over 20 times today and never left a message! They have called and left messages prior, but I can't understand what they are saying because of their heavy Indian accent. I see others have been harassed in the same manner or worse by this company and I hope they get what is coming to them.

I think it is due to us losing our jobs and a few waves. We are in the middle of catching our payments up. Everyday is a bit much? We just need one more month and we will be okay but these calls continue even though I've explained the situation over and over. It's understandable, they want their money but work with a person. Instead of jacking up the payment, maybe they should try lowering it and then there wouldn't be so many foreclosures. I am however, tired of explaining the same thing over and over. What more do they want? We are trying! We've gone from owing 6 payments to owing 4. We made one on the 1st, we'll make another on the 30th and then another on the 4th of Jan. and again on the 15 and then the 1st of Feb. and we should be all caught up! I DIDN'T KNOW WE WOULD BOTH LOSE OUR JOBS! We now have very good jobs but we need to catch everything up, not just our house.
How secure is anyone's job? How secure is your job? WATCH OUT COLLECTION PEOPLE, YOU MAY SAY THE WRONG THING AND THEN YOU'LL BE OUT OF A JOB! I don't WISH that on anyone, even the collection people. There is a nice way of doing things! Remember, What goes around, comes around!

- feed up in mich.| 1 replyThey call so many times a day i've stopped counting. I keep telling them they have the wrong number, but they continue to call. What's a person to do?
- So tired of it!Ex ran up some bills after divorce. Thought it would be funny to use my number as contacts. I have gotten calls everyday, all day for 6 months now. The few times I have answered I get another person who speaks three words in english. I have tried to explain the situation but always "SO YOU PAY NOW,OKAY." I have asked to speak to a manager or someone who speaks better english and I get the runaround. I have spoken with my cell phone company and they helped me set a preset for 800 numbers. I still have missed calls but it won't ring. It's the only peace I've been able to get.

- not againI worked for Dillard's for several years. In July of 06 I finally got their credit card. The interest rate was outrageous but it would help with christmas gifts. I kept it paid off until that november. I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I lost my job and a credit card was the least of my worries. Well I forgot the fact my bill was paid off out of my check and a $20 bra became over $200, without ever recieving a bill. I called GE the card provider and canceled the line. I explained the situation and I worked out a deal to pay the debt. Three weeks later I get a call from this nco financial. They started harrassing me night and day. I don't want to pay them directly, but I do want to pay the bill. Can anyone help me? Between them and chemo I'm exhausted.
- jeffHere's a suggestion for those being called by Collection Agencies and are unwilling to pay, unable to pay or actually do not owe the money.
Just use a phone company that blocks calls from telephone numbers you specify. For example, I use Teleblend; Teleblend provides VoIP service. Once you are a customer, you access your account via myteleblend.net and there you can specify all those telephone numbers you wish to BLOCK.
Once blocked, there is still a report of a missed call, however, your phone does not ring.- Caller: NCO Financial

- EricJI have had a dozen robot calls from this number in the last few days. Two of them today, Sunday morning at 8:15 and again at 8:30 PST. It is a female voice, no accent. She says "This is something-card. This is not a solicitation. Please call 866-505-9315", but I can't make out the card name. Then the call terminates.

- dynamc2Numerous calls, most of which have nobody there. The one we were able to talk to someone requested someone who doesn't live here.
I'm getting fed up.- Caller: ?
- Unconfirmed| 3 repliesI got a call yesterday from a "unknown" number and the caller asked if this was "*****", totally mispronouncing my name. I said "no, it isn't". The lady with the HEAVY accent continued on and attempted to say my full name and asked if that was me. I said, "who is this"? She said her name but wouldn't say who she was with. She started to ask me to confirm my address. I said again, "who is this?". She said, "This is an important business matter and I can't give you any information until you confirm your name and address". I said, "well, I won't speak to you until I confirm who YOU are, so I guess we're done here!!!"...I then hung up. Today, I received a phone call from 1-866-505-9315....same people I'm sure, as they asked the same thing. RIDICULOUS!!

- yrcIf this report gets sent to the 1-866-505-9315 people, whoever you are, then cease and desist calling MY number!!!!And if you insist on calling every person in America, get the marbles out of your mouth, speak up and act human,or at the least have someone with a proper accent record your "this is not a solicitation" spiel.
