They just called me a threatening message. on my government work line. all I got was the name Michael they spoke so fast I couldn't get where they were calling from. But I don't really think they had a business name.

I just got a call from them they ate trying to collect a payday 2012 loan

Justt received a call from this people stating to call and give an index#. Refusal to call back could mean court procedures brought against you and you will be served. These people also called on government line.

just got a call from  michael from jacobson and wright asking for my husband. has a case against him on his ss and ask to call back.. is this legit?

Caught a message this morning from a Michael who said if I don't call back, there would be legal proceedings processed.  

Paul Harris s going to file a civil complaint against me supposedly....I'll hold my breath for the paperwork.

called my moms house saying I have a  judgment against my ss number that I will be served. I called my local sheriff office
and they ran my name in there local database and no papers are on file. I also called my local police department they came to
my job to make a report on this. the police advised me its a scam company they scare you to pay money no one calls you
when you are going to be served they just show up. if they called you and told you what time they were coming you would never be home.  

Yeah, got the same call but didnt reference anything.  Said its of Legal Matter.   Well, just like everyone else, they gotta wait in line.  Cant pay what I dont have.  

Got a voicemail this morning saying the same thing about a case with my ss number.

Rcvd a computerize call on my work line from 916-512-6781 rqting that I call them back as there is a claim attached to my SSN and the name was Michael Conner calling from J&W office ooooooooooh I'm so afraid the number they wanted me to call was 866-509-3612 ok keep calling scammer alert.

Received call stating there were allegations against my name and social security number. If I did not call them back to make statement she would sign off on this account and I would be summoned for appearance in county court house. My husband returned call on my be half d/t 7 1/2 months preg and not needing stress and requested that documentation be mailed to our address. The woman gave him a hard time about mailing anything to me. she became very rude to him stating to him let's see how upset she gets when a summons in sent to her then she hung up.

A Katherine Montoya from a firm she is calling Jacobson & Wright is calling me and threatening me. She is very nasty in her tone and has said she is going to file paperwork in my county. When I googled the law firm and the number and several complaints came up for fraud. She also called two days later from the number 844-647-7348. With the same threatening tone and message.

Received a call from these people, threatening my husband with legal action. Googled them and found many fraud complaints against them.

Got an authentic sounding call from one PAUL HARRIS of the firm JACOBSON & WRIGHT on 10/14/15 supposedly identifying me as the Defendant in a civil complaint.  It concerns a fraud allegation with my SS number.  The venue is Fredericksburg City, and he gave the phone 844-800-7139, ext. 109.

Did anything ever come of this? I got the same exact call twice this week. I have no idea what he is referencing and I have nothing filed against me to date.
