I've been having the same issue only for four years.  they usually leave a message saying they are calling about my "account" however...I've NEVER had a Sirius account.  the jerks who had my number before did and when I called Sirius back about stopping calling, they say they have no account with my phone number.  GREAT!  Then why do you guys keep calling??  Ugh, Sirius needs to get their act together.  Anybody who mentioned Sirius to me gets an earful.  I know I'll never have them just based upon my own experience without ever having subscribed...

They call me everyday of the week usually at the same time 11:30. I do have Sirius Radio and enjoy it but I am getting fed up with the daily calls from them. Can we turn this into the AG office?

These idiots continue calling. But never leave a message. I have Sirius (actually my wife does) I used to have it in my work truck but let it expire.
Get a clue..... if I wanted it, I'd call them! LEAVE ME ALONE

It's Sirius XM calling over and over and over supposedly about expired credit card info. I think somehow their system lost the info but what irked me was the person on the phone rudely hanging up when I told him I don't have the credit card handy. To me that is reason enough to promptly cancel my subscription since they are expensive and no longer a relevant player in the age of Pandora, iPod and other streaming services.

Called at least 3 times a day, for 4 days straight.  When you answer they hang up. When you call back, they want to offer you satellite radio for a 6 month promotional period.  I already declined it several times. NO ONE there speaks good English.  Um, perhaps because Sirius outsources their marketing to INDIA! If I could reach through the phone and choke these [***], I would!  Why can't anything be done about these people? They will never stop. Even if you tell them to remove you.  I don't have a problem with the satellite radio itself, just the harassment that comes along with it afterwards.

They have been calling me twice a day for 8 days straight. I finally got fed up and just filed a complaint through the FCC. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry too, so maybe this will put a stop to it.

They call at various times of the day, early and very late. The person on the phone is very hard to understand and very pushy and want a credit card to renew my account. She said it was an auto-renew and I told her that I had and never agree to an auto-renew on anything, so send me a invoice of what they are offering and I will consider.
If they are trying to keep customers they have a lesson to learn. Instead of asking if I would like to renew they start by asking for a credit card because mine had expired...seems like a scam to me.

Received a missed call on July 30 and now today, July 31 at 12:24 to my cell phone.  They don't leave a message so I'm just ignoring this -but glad I read this!

Caller ID shows "Toll Free Call." And they never leave a message, so I guess it's not important!

I let my Sirius XM subscription expire because I didn't want to renew it right now. So their automated system calls me 3 -5 times a day at home. I get so sick of this garbage and because of this I WILL NEVER USE SIRIUS XM AGAIN.

Want something better than an answering machine? If you have a computer printer with a fax setup,  connect that to your phone to answer on the second ring. You can always use caller ID to see if it is someone whose call you want to return. Family and friends know to call on an unlisted cell phone.  I've found after a series of calls someone decides the land line number is for a dedicated fax and quits calling.  Unfortunately there are others who soon take their place. But at least it is one less.

Yes, XM radio looking for someone who's name I couldn't even pronounce  I've never had XM radio and have had the same cell # for 6 years.  Only call my cell. I ask them to take my number off their list and was told it would take 5-8 days. Will see if it stops after that.

This number has been calling my cell phone quite a bit over the past couple of weeks and asking for someone I don't even know.  I keep telling them that they have the wrong number, but they continue to call.  They just called a couple of minutes ago and it's just a few minutes short of 9 p.m.!!!

SirrusXM keeps calling me. I changed my card #. I like to listen to Sirrus/XM. My subscription is up now. I 'm not going to give them a card #, so when they call again, i'm going to tell them that i will send a money order and see what they say to that.

I am unemployed and cannot afford satellite radio anymore. They call every day three times a day. If I have an NSF because of them I will kill someone.
