Stop calling 2817485397 if you are not talking. If these happen again I will call the BBB or the police on these number.

They call me every day on my new cell phone. If I pick up it comes up with a recording "please hold for an important call" then I hang up. I have registered my number with the no call register, let's see if that helps www.donotcall.gov

ask them to take it off the list and if they dont you can take them ot ccourt

They call and never leave a message or tell me to wait for an important message that never seems to come.

on my phone the listing comes up as ABC. I called back using *67 to block my number and the woman that answered the phone only gave her name. She did not give a company name.

I received a call from the above number and they thought they were slick, it came up F.R.I., and when I *67, they just answered by first name, this is the same company i had trouble with F.R.S....I told them I did not have any acct that they are referring to, and when I told them both my husband and I are disabled they did not care...i ask them not to call again...

They keep calling for me at work and im getting tired of thier crap. When i loose my job over these people they will have alot more to worry about then bothering people.

I didnt know if you knew, but as long as you have asked them to quit calling you at work, by law they are not allowed to call you ever again at work. Document all calls time and what they say. they are not allowed to say who they are or what they are calling about. If they say that they are calling to collect a debt or that they are a financial debt collector in any way, you have grounds so sue and should seek professional counsel. They are not (by law) able to do what they are doing and you will win in court as long as you have documentation of them calling and a witness. i know from personal experience. There are many places to look on line and some lawyers will even do it free of charge and take there cut only if you win in court.

Someone calls from this number every day and I don't answer it as it is usually a telemarketer. It rang today and I didn't answer. A minute later they called back and I answered and they didn't say anything. They hung up and I called them back and told the guy who answered to take me off his call list.  He said he didn't have a call list.  I said well where did you get my number from.  He said I had an outstanding credit card balance with some bank.  I told him I had no outstanding credit card balance with any bank!  I said who are you anyways.  He said Financial Recovery Services. I said well, you have to nothing to recover at this phone number.  He said did I forget about this credit card and I said no I didn't and he asked for the last 4 digits of my social security and I told him I wasn't giving him anything over the phone.  Then he asked for my address and I told him he wasn't getting that either. I said don't call again. He told me to have a nice evening and I hung up.

I continue to receive calls from 866-522-9396 on my cell phone for a Joshua Shocky – I have ask the person to remove my # 2 times from this persons contact list because he is not someone that I know or that I am related to.

An actual human from Financial Recovery Services called my cell and work numbers. Didn't leave a message on cell, did leave message on work phone. I guess eventually I'll have to answer and tell them directly: take me to court, or don't bother calling.

Financial Service Recovery has called me today about a car loan which I had GAP INSURANCE PURCHASED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY! They are Fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

Financial Recovery Services calling looking for someone that had my number over 5 years ago.  These people start calling every few months.  I ask them to stop calling that I don't know the man they are looking for.

The calls stop for awhile but always return.

next time ask for their address so you can send them a letter telling them that they have the wrong person and number tell them not to call you again or you will be reporting them to the Attorney General and the BBB of your state..once they receive a letter with your wishes they are not allowed to call you again...if they do they have violated the law... good luck the [***] called here and left no message...

This doesn't work.  It is the law but few debt collectors, especially bottom feeders, follow the law.  In  my last job I was harrassed by two debt collectors at least 5 times during my workday.  My boss told me to hang up on them, which I did but it didn't stop the calls, they simply would not stop.  I've since lost my job.

Get a consumer law attorney and sue the shyt out of them.

These cretins called and asked for a person who does not live here. The woman kept asking me questions about myself, if I was a friend or family member of the person they were looking for, my name, my address, how long I've had this phone number. I told her none of it was her business, she had the wrong number and and I wasn't about to give any of my info to anyone. She kept pressing, saying she couldn't change the number to a wrong number without all my info. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up.
