Another number in doubt!!

This number belongs to the American Lung Association. You can call them at 202.785.3355 [it's on their website] and have someone tell you they'll take your name off their list. If I ever get another call from them, they'll be wanting to block my number from 202.785.3355.

You may want to forward their number back to themselves @ 202.785.3355 in order to allow them the experience of receiving annoying calls!

I say hello, they don't speak. happens daily.

do not call

Never any one there when I answer. Very annoying.

calls 2-3 times daily, never leaves a message. As stated, very annoying.

They started calling me 2-3 times a day too.  I am not on the do not call list.  Guess they figure that since they are "such a good cause" that I wont report them.

I have found that if you call that number 1-866-528-5886, when the automated voice answers and
starts his spiel press #1, then when he answers press #3, when he answers again asking for your
telephone number give it and you will be taken off their call list, "supposedly."  I sat here for an hour looking up all 800 #'s that have been calling and followed the same procedure and low and behold
the same recorded male voice answered all six charity numbers and I plugged in my number on
all six.  I am crossing my fingers that in the next week to 10 days no more calls from these agencies.

Try the same thing I did and maybe the annoying calls will soon go away.

We have nothing to lose and peace and quiet to gain.  Please share with others.

How do you get them to stop calling?

They call at 8:00 am and late at night.  They should be fined.  I am blocking the number.

I keep getting calls from 866-528-5886.  I called the number and went through their prompt to be taken off their list, then gave my number to be removed...and ever time they read it back to me, it was always wrong.  I did this several times and finally gave up, as the number was always repeated back to me wrong.  Seems I cannot get off their list.

returned the call and it says its the american cancer and that they will call me back in a few days

They finally did it! They have lost a loyal pledge from me, and my family and friends!
