Some guy called claiming to be collecting on a debt for a company I have an account with. The account he claims to be collecting for is indeed a current debt of ours but it's an account that is up to date. he was very rude so I hung up on him.

the guy called saying he was calling to collect a debt, he wouldn't listen to a word I had to say started yelling into the phone at me and telling me to pay the bill in full and hung up on me! I have a history of high blood pressure and an axiety issue of which I am on medication. I don't think I deserved to be treated that way!

Lol this is a bill collector.  I had a doctor who was into holistic medicine, it didn't bother me that he would want to try this or that.  Sure give it a shot doc, but one time I had something pretty wrong with me,  he tried one thing.  It didn't work, I told him I wanted the normal quick, safe, and effective treatment and didn't feel like dealing with it another month beyond the month I'd tried it his way.  He didn't listen.

Does he actually think I'm going to pay his [***] copay?  Anyhow the turkeys for this agency called me on a busy workday and I told him I was busy but would give him my credit card number.  HE WROTE IT DOWN WRONG. I was very polite but he called back and I told him he was bad at his job and I wasn't going to bother helping him anymore since he was still annoying me and the only reason I helped him once was to ensure he never bothered me again

I tried to go to the doctor's office but I guess if he doesn't have an appointment he doesn't keep the office open.  Yeah I'm not bending over backwards to help this idiot.

This call came in on my cell about 10am. I said hello several times with no reply.

This call comes on my cell, which is a private number I've only given to immediate family members for emergencies.  Three calls in three weeks:  9:19 am, 8:20 am, 4:56 pm, I don't answer because I know it's not for me and I don't owe anyone money...

The calls will likely continue until you revoke call permission. Send the agency a cease-comm notice via USPS Certified with return card. The FTC and many consumer watchdogs explain how to draft one. Also mention they have been jingling a mobile device if that's so, which is barred once that's known. This notice sets a legal trap which can pay out statutory fines and actual damages if sprung.

Possibly you can begin to build a TCPA case on those three calls since technically the collector probably did not have express consent. But you'll have to answer at least one to establish identity and connect the call pattern to its source in your written memorialization.

Guy called asking for my daughter.  When I said she wasn't there I asked if I could take a message.  He said it was a personal thing.  I told him who I was and then I started yelling at him over the phone and he asked why I was yelling and I ask him why he was calling my number.  He then hung up.  This is the second time he has called.

Guy called from 866-531-8865.  Said his name is Jeff and wanted to speak to________????    Said it's a personal matter, I said from where he kept asking is this_________________????  He buddy, if you read this.  [***] you!!!  LOL!!  Blocked!
