this was a call from clearbreeze solutions, for debt management. they say they can get your balance droped by creditors and save you 2,500-over 6,000 depending on balance.  yet was charged $898 for something i did my self as far as decrease in intrest rate 4.99%. there was no decrease in amount owed at all so i was charged $898 for nothing.  also the same number appears on www.myxbanker web site.  i have filed a complaint already and lost faith in all telemarketers.

I have no idea why someone would such a complaint about MyXbanker.com. This company helps out clients who are in debt. They have a great team of professional reps. I had my rates reduced by only 4% on 2 different accounts, and I had no complaints at all. I actually spoke to Ms Lewis myself as well, she walked through the whole program, and I made the decision to accept her offer. I am now paying less interest than I was before I spoke to MyXbanker. I was also charged a fee of $898.00, but I was more than happy to pay that, considering that I pay that every few months alone in Interest. I was shocked to see that this company has any complaints, they helped me and family out quite a bit. MyXbanker is also in the middle of trying to help me get a lower rate on my mortgage. I have referred many people to this company, and they are all more than happy with the services that have provided to  them. I just can't believe that they would charge someone if they can't save them $2500.00, when it clearly states that there is NO FEE is they are unable to help you with your rates. I tried for many months to get my rates reduced, and my bank wouldn't budge, until my consultant from MyXbanker talked to them.
I would like to thank you very much for all of your help, adn I'll be calling you again in 3-6 months so that you can lower my rates some more.

    Sincerely,

    VERY SATISFIED CLIENT, Richland, MO

I believe I spoke to the client in Texas who appears to be upset.  I am the manager in the Security Department with My Xbanker and yes we guarantee you $2,500 in interest and finance charges or there will be no charge AT ALL for our services.  As for cutting your debt off by $6,000, well think about it logically if you owe over 10,000 in debt with rates above 20% it would cost you over $6,000 in interest to pay the debt off, so with our low interest negotiations we are not only able to save you $2,5000 guaranteed but we may be able to cut your debt in half just be saving you interest with lower rates achieved by our top consultants.  Client in Texas I believe I spoke with you last week in regards to your debt.  Please feel free to contact our office so we can continue to work with your accounts to save you more money...Remember, it is a life time program so we will continue to work with your debt until your debt free.

    Thanks

Caller id shows 14076783247 or 18503861643. This was a call from Laura from representing debt solutions.  She claims to be able to help lower interest rates on accounts.  She also claimed to be with a non-profit organization, that doesnt make any money, but will charge if they are able to save you at least $2500 in interest. She sounded professional and explained how the company works.  She began to question me about my debt and was able to gather all of my information including  credit card numbers and personal information.  She then attempted to call my credit card companies with me on the line as if she was representing me.  Verifying my information with the bank and giving them permission to speak with her she was able to gather even more info on me.  When she kept placing me on hold and I began to think about it, I realized that this was a scam! I immediately hung up and she wouldn't stop calling me back.  She left a message stating that we were disconected, that she did get me approved for an hsbc card (unauthorized) and that a charge would appear on my card from Equity first(which card? she didnt say)  She then left this 1-866-533-0692 number if I had any questions.  When I call this number to dispute the charge for $1000 I get no response.  After ringing for several minutges I get a voice mail.  If you leave a message, no one will call you back!  Watch your back!  You may be desparate like me, but don't be stupid.  It is not worth it and it is a scam!  There are far too many con artists out there, and I was dealing with one, not an actual company.  Whether you are speaking to a debt consolidator or not they are just people too, they don't have any more power than you or me!

LoKi here with another tip for all of you people angry over calls like this. Time is money to these people, your goal is to keep them on the phone as long as possible, I call this "telemarketer rodeo". Go along with the whole spiel ask questions seem genuinely interested and do everything you can to keep them on the phone (my personal best is 9 minutes 43 seconds)

Today I only managed 5 minutes, but I seem to have upset the salesman when it got time to pick an option I started ordering double cheesburgers, he then tried to get vulgar but was drowned out by me laughing and yelling "telemarketer rodeo" in his ear, he ended up hanging up with me still laughing. I promise you, he was madder than any of you at this point, believe me.

    Have fun with these people.

I got em. After a YEAR of constantly being called by KEEMA DEBT SOLUTIONS who use numbers that are dead and cant be called back, I got their name. They have called my 'do not call' listed number a dozen times and sometimes they pretend to be my card company. They want my card info and when Ive tried to get a contact for them in the past, they always hung up on me! I talked a guy into telling me their website today and turned themn into the do not call list and out states atty general.

I thinks it obvious in this thread that some of the companies being talked about had SHILLS come in and say how great the companies are ROFLMAO

I fell for this scam and I want to prevent others from doing the same.  My charge card was debited $998 and I was promised a contract in the mail describing my "proposed savings".  I have yet to receive anything in the mail and I now so concerned that this company has all my personal information.  I've checked my interest rates on my credit cards that they "supposedly" reduced and have not seen a difference.  I was provided a number to call and the name of a representative.  I have tried contacting this representative several times and only get a recorded message saying that all agents are busy.  I have left my number and name for a call back and have not heard anything from anyone.  When they called they claim to be Your Debt Solutions but I was able to get their real name.  It is Keema Debt Solutions.  Please disregard these phone calls.  I never believed I would fall prey to a scam but desperation can make people do stupid things.  Don't make the same mistake I have.

To date, since September 16, 2008 I have not had any satification with KEEMA DEBT Solutions.  They simply took the money, did nothing and I am still annoyed with their lack of professional. I have reported this company to the TEXAS BBB and will continue to do so until my monies have been refunded for a service they did not guarantee.

Again, I am requesting a refund of 798.00 for work that was not completed that they advertise in their website and is fraudulent company.

To date, I have never received any paperwork, signed documentation or anything that guarantees this fraudulent company even exists.

The same exact thing happened to me. I have no paperwork, they debited my account. I was acting in good faith because I thought they were really going to help me.  I have notified the Texas BBB three times and will continue to do so until my refund of $798.00 is sent back to my account.

Should we all united on this one?

    Sherry Rai,

I am still waiting for my paperwork, documentation and at least a telephone call as a follow-up for a service you still have not provided.
My account was debited 798.00 and I again am requesting a refund.

You advertise false information on a website that does not work and every time you call you get an answering.

I will continue to fill complaints through the TEXAS BBB until I get some kind of response in writing or refund 798.00.

KEEMA DEBT SOLUTIONS- Fraudulently Company at its best!

The BBB won't help you get your money back. You should talk the the attorney general in your state. BBB can't do crap. You (and anyone else who sent their money down this rat-hole) are the victim of a CRIME.

I was initially called in December 08 with a promise that they would stick with me until I was debt free.  I also spoke with Laura who did exactly as was mentioned above with myself on the line while she negotiated my interest rates.  In the end, my account was debited for the aforementioned $998 and the best they could do was get me an interest free credit card to which I was to transfer my balance.  I could have done that myself.  So I completely agree that there is fraud involved.  They again contacted me in July, this time with the promise of combining two of my credit cards into one consumer loan that would be a much lower interest rate to be paid off in only 4 years.  Again it would cost a mere $798 with legal fees of another $375 and $49 of each payment would go to them.  Needless to say, they are not exactly great at saving you a great deal of money under these circumstances. So without a doubt, if they call, hang up..
