Try saying I have a federal warrant unless I pay them

A woman Called looking for my sister and said she had a criminal complaint filed against her and to call this number back or she would be subpeoned (sp?) to a court hearing.

I received a message from a locator, on my parents phone, saying I need to call this number right away because they are going to serve me with a summonses at my house or work, also leaving my last 4 digits of my social on the message. I called 3 days later, and a woman told Mr. Dempsey was on a conference call, and he would call me back, (and she suspiciously sounded like the locator) I told her that it was apparently very important for him to talk to me, since they are leaving messages on my parents phone, and I said I could hold. She states that he would be on the call for 40 minutes, I said that's fine I would hold, then she said that her phone would only let me hold for 15 minutes, then she yelled at me and hung up. I called back about 50 minutes later, and she stated he was on another call, and that he had my phone number, which I never gave her a new number, I asked what it was about, she stated something federal, I asked for their fax number, she gave it to me, and I told her I am going to fax over a cease and desist letter for them to no longer contact me, she started yelling at me and cussing at me, then hung up, so far she has not tried to contact me again.

So I missed a call from then and they left a voicemail saying a county sheriff would be serving me with papers whats funny is they said its was federal charge and now a county sheriff is going to serve me at leat make since with your scams
