Calling for another name than resident asking my name ..refusing to give that and nonstop calls & messages about an account but unstated what company.

Asked for me and left a message with my son to call Chris Childers at the Regional Adjustment Bureau.  Never heard of the place so I checked here before calling back!  Now off to report the number to the FCA!!!

They called me, as a result of being behind on a vehicle payment. After I explained I was unable to pay at this time, the women I spoke with became aggresive and told me she was going to repo the vehicle that day. I called my lender, they explained to me that it's not up to the collector to repo, and that she has no rights to even say that. I then called the collector back and told them what the lender said, he collection company was not happy. Then they called me the next day again. It just amazed me that they were going to repo one day but still were calling for payment the next day. When will collectors realize threats will not put more money in clients pockets. Proverbial squeeze blood from a turnip.

Got a call from Angela Ware stating my car was in collections and I owed them money. I called the bank and they told me the car wasn't in collections.

Called my parents house stating that they were listed as who to call in case of emergency I havent lived w my folks in 25 yrs

Late on my payment told them I was thinking of paying it off. They then told me that if I paid it today that NO further action would be taken. I paid it off and a week later it was REPOSED.

Called and left no message, Did not answer call.
